I have eaten here several times and the food is good. They recently switched to smaller bowl sizes but the cost is still the same. I went there at 10:10am as they open at 10am and they told me it would be another 30 minutes to open. They cannot blame it on staff shortage as there was six people working. Change the opening time to 10:30am if you cannot open on time.
Best Shawarma I have ever had. Definitely coming back.
They give you half the food of any other Mediterranean restaurant, it’s more expensive and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
If you want REAL Mediterranean food, please go visit a legitimate ARAB restaurant. Israel unfortunately does not know anything about our culture and dishes, and (literally) kill to get their hands on it.
I have only had delivery from here once, based upon that I would give this establishment 5 stars. I have never tried Mediterranean food before and all of the items may not be my cup of tea, but the food was very fresh and flavorful, order was correct and the portion size was very big. Very impressed.
Family was visiting from out of town & the teens were excited to take the treat on the train ride back home. However, the attendant said she was behind on telephone orders and very busy. They need more employees, given the fact that it can get busy at such a commuted location. We were disappointed
We visited the location in Ogilvie Station. The staff was great. Answered all of our questions and even gave us a sample of the falafel and the lentil soup. Awesome food, great price.
