We waited 25 minutes past our reservation and the drinks took a while to get but, I still liked our server and cook.

Do not go to this establishment. I had a reservation, checked in online following restaurant prompts, and showed up after I received a text my table was ready. When I arrived, I was told they were getting the table ready. Then⦠30 min pass. Nope. Nada. I was hungry so I left. Avoid this place.
Great fun for all. The chief was accommodating to the younger kids at the table. He was very entertaining to both the young and old. No complaints at all.
My reservations were for 9pm. We were not seated until 10:34. The waiter was slow. We were not offered everything that was promised, like no green tea and no ice cream. The food was bland. The final straw was the waiter stole my wallet.

The food was delicious. We had steak, shrimp and sushi. Our server was very prompt with refilling our water cups and removing the dirty dishes from our table. Our chef was very polite and friendly. His recommendations on the yum yum sauce paired well with the shrimp and steak. I gave this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 stars, because I wished our chef did more skill tricks that I seen the other chefs at the other tables doing. I would recommend this restaurant.
Food was average and slow. Pricey for the quality of food.
We had a blast but service was very, very slow. Everyone was working their tails off but there simply wasnât enough staff to cover the number of guests. This isnât specific to Benihana these days and everyone did their best. Still overall fun experience with delicious food. Definitely recommend!
Went for bday dinner. Horrible service! Staff is terrible! Reservation was 7:45. Was seated at 8, didnât get a cook until 10:40pm.ð¤¦ââï¸ Awful experience.
