Great atmosphere. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Service was great and weâre ahead of the game. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My favorite in west loop. Donât miss the burnt pepperoni pizza. Or the bomboloni. Really good food and service. Canât go wrong here

Food was average at best. They wouldnât take walk ins despite there were more than 50% of tables available (had to make reservation via OpenTable). Service was slow and not with the best attitude

I was disappointed, especially in the service which was slow. That would have been alright since they were busy but when the check came we were double charged for an entree. When we called the waitress over to tell her she said she already knew. So why didn't she take care of this error rather than wait until we pointed it out or was she hoping we wouldn't notice? It was not a cool move.
The serving staff was fabulous - it was a busy night but she was so attentive and helpful. The food was yummy and we even got an outside table. Once again, this spot did not disappoint.
The bass of the heavy club music was so loud that we could feel it through our seats. Had to ask twice for it to be turned down so we could hear each other (seemed a little aggressive for a Sunday night around 6). Was turned back up after about 20 minutes.

Need better servers. Asked for a different bun on the cheeseburger. Said sesame is the only one it comes with. So I noticed the chicken sandwich comes with a brioche bun. So requested again the substitution. Then fries were cold not warm brought us out fresh hot fries which were just warm. Everyone has staffing issues so donât over extend yourselves take only the customers you can handle because we still want the level experience we are paying for.
