My 1st time at thus establishment. Service was a bust, food was cold, no water was served unless you asked for it. I've been to better. This just isn't it. Oh yeah, let me not forget about the blonde at the door who was more on her phone than caring about what was said to her about the service of this place! I had better expectations of food and service. Won't be going back.
Came in with a buddy and sat at the bar. Bartender is a super nice guy let me say that first but, he forgot my buddies water 3 separate times and then we got chicken wings and they cane out rather pink just kinda disappointed with the overall experience. Also no prices on drinks makes literally no sense tell me how much I'm paying I shouldn't have to ask.
First time in this bar last Saturday. The place is great! The chicken nachos delicious, the bartenders super nice and attentive to us and the drinks were awsome as well! I gave it 3 stars because we were there for an event, paid a lot of money for it and the event were nothing like anyone expected. I am completely sure it was not their fault but I was expecting any other compensation for that since we expend approximately triple for that event of what we would expend a regular dine in at the bar.
I've been here a lot over the years and the food and service has always been solid enough for me to come back but tonight was something really special. I had a small family get-together, which included my rather reluctant 2-year-old. Our server Jeremy was beyond thoughtful in helping my child get settled at the table and keeping her happy throughout the meal. He was always thinking ahead and anticipating our needs. It was honestly the easiest meal I've had at a restaurant since becoming a parent.
We had an event there associated with a conference. GM James Johnson was super accommodating, professional and helpful. The event went really well and the bartender was great. Wonderful experience.

Food was mediocre, drinks were syrupy. But what really stood out was the slow rude service we received. Not sure why the server was acting like we personally wronged her by coming in for happy hour. I haven’t had a dining experience this poor in a while.
My husband and I stopped by today for a late lunch and we were very satisfied ?. There were very few patrons at the restaurant which was pretty rare but worked out well for us. Our server was actually the bartender (Claire is awesome ?)and the drinks were on point!! The food was good too!! They totally earned 5 stars from us today!
Decided to hit bar Louie after work and it was an amazing idea. Hailey And Courtney was FANTASTIC bartenders, attentive to me and my crew as well as fast drinks being served. 50 stars if I could give them that. Five stars isn’t enough for these two amazing amazing fantastic peoples.
Leaving a review to say thanks to our server, Sho, who was super nice and also made some great menu suggestions! Bar Louie itself is exactly what you'd hope for - a reliable, open late, decent chain for an easy meal/drinks - normally not the kind of place I'm itching to leave a review for, but we're in for Sho this time! Here's hoping they win the server competition they mentioned!
