This place is a part of my daily routine for a reason. The staff are friendly and learned my name and my usual order right away. The food is always amazing and they are always very attentive to how I like my orders prepared. Of course their coffee has an unfair advantage compared to other local spots - they roast their beans on-site. Freshly-roasted beans make all the difference.
Great place for takeout coffee. Dine in seating was limited both times we went and tried to enjoy our breakfast and coffee inside. Good thing they have outdoor seating when it's nice out though. With free wifi. Great decor and friendly staff. Unique menu items.
Oxford Dictionary defines “actively” as “in a deliberate and positive way.”I came here following the upgraded restrictions the went into effect January 3rd. I ordered my coffee and a breakfast sandwich, showed my proof of vaccination, and sat down at the table to enjoy my coffee and food. I finished the sandwich, and a minute or two went by in which I had not taken a sip of my coffee. A concerned barista approached me and informed me that “masks must be worn while not actively eating or drinking.” Mind you I was the only customer in the store. I promptly got up and left the store and have not returned since.
This place is located in Bridgeport. I don't know Illinois very well but I met a friend there and I was super, super impressed. Not only is it tucked away in a cute little location but they have some gorgeous roasters set up inside of the store. What I also loved about it was the variety of lattes including a very delicious lavender latte. I had mine with Almond milk it was fabulously delicious. I have never found anything that tastes quite the same. I will be looking forward to going back there when my son has his follow up dentist appointment! Definitely recommend others to check it out.
Coffee is great, service is friendly, the food is tasty and comes out quickly. An excellent neighborhood coffeeshop to stop by for a latte and muffin

The toasted almond latte is amazing!! Also really recommend the ice coffee with the salted cream. The atmosphere is lovely, clean, and gorgeous: great artwork and plants! The barista were incredibly kind and helpful also :)
As expected: Great coffee. Standard craft-coffee prices. Very clean aesthetic. An unexpected bonus: staff are really kind and accommodating of children/parents!
