The best Italian food. We came from Libertyville to eat there. Outstanding service and amazing food
Love, love, love this restaurant. First time visiting and I would highly recommend it. We went there 40 minutes before close and they accomodated us very well. Everything we ate and drank was outstanding. Easily the best meal I've had in over a year. The service was fantastic and friendly, they were very attentive. The interior is absolutely beautiful. A must.
Wonderful experience. A gem of an Italian restaurant. Food was fabulous, great portions and reasonable. Atmosphere warm, service friendly. Servers bring complimentary bruschetta, pizza and home made bread to start. We stayed until the restaurant closed. Highly recommend
Amazing - just go! Our server was running a little behind as he was supporting a large table (which was no issue for us as we were still browsing the menu). They brought out an entire (small) loaf of bread. The other staff was consistently checking on us, filling our water, clearing plates, one brought an appetizer free of charge because of our “wait”. Our server was so lovely - he was attentive and thoughtful. The food was divine - we ordered the tortellini and seafood medley linguini. On top of all of that, the prices are incredible - we had two glasses of cab…$6 each! How?! Our final total would have been double if we at at RPM or any other overpriced Italian spot in Chicago. Absolutely visit and support this incredible, local gem! We’ll be back, time and time again ?P.S. I saw others’ reviews mention BYOB. They might still be (?) but they had drink options for us to choose from, as an FYI!

The service here is amazing. I had bread, bruschetta, and pizza bread all on the table before I even ordered ! The food was amazing I asked for containers to go just to realize that I forgot my food when I got home. I will be coming here often.They are BYOB.

Unassuming restaurant on Elston ended up being one of the better Italian restaurants I have been to since Sabatino' (Old Irving Italian Restaurant that closed in 2019).Positives: BYOB, large portions and excellent service. Negatives: No sign and limited parking. I went with a group of four and everyone stated that they would definitely come back. Try it out you will no regret.

We have tried multiple Italian restaurants after the closure of our fav, Sabbatino’s. Why did it take us so long to dine here? Some of the same dishes and some new. Value is incredible and the server - wow. She was on point and served each course in perfect timing. We never had to request anything … everything arrived at the table seamlessly. We celebrated our anniversary last weekend and returning this weekend for a birthday celebration.
