Had a Groupon for a pizza ? it was alright had much better...I will stick with the other foods on the menu like burgers dogs gyros puffs they never disappoint...
Rib tips were very tasty they have 1b Bygo on wed.,thou they put it together & no fries. So make sure you order your potatoes
Growing up I've come to this restaurant to enjoy a good polish hotdog however, it's just gone down hill ever since they hired that long pink Bunny nail girl (who really should get those removed they're really ugly and definitely a waste of money. Like how do you have a job and end up with nails that look like they're from the family dollar?) who barely even does anything but talk bad about her own coworkers. I can hear her from my table that's how loud she is with this bad talk. You guys need to look into this because it's a shame people have to work with someone like her.
My order was given away replaced with lesser items when remade and I was also missing items called the number to get food replaced was told only with my receipt. I informed him I had discarded it and was basically told tuff cookies. Clearly they don’t need my business. So I will no longer give them it. The cashiers where very polite and friendly. That is about all of the high light of this visit.
Called to place a to go order and asked for extra tomatoes and pickles on 2 grilled chicken sandwiches (already comes with lettuce and tomato on the menu) like I always do (coming here for the last 2.5 years). When I checked my order, both sandwiches had a pathetic semblance of “extra tomato” and when I asked one of the lady cashiers to address it, she took my bag to hand it to one of the cooks who (I suppose) added a little more tomato (see picture for the after product). When I asked (again politely) for more tomato after trying to show her the sandwich and requesting more on the side (both times), she had a nasty attitude and only helped me after one of the cooks got her attention. She didn’t apologize or check out the sandwiches but was pretty ugly about having to make this right. I guess I should have just asked for extra tomatoes on the side since no one there knows what extra tomatoes on a sandwich looks like. SOME of the workers there are ok. Some, not so much. Not great service.
The food was delicious. My only complaint was the order was wrong multiple times. They have a sign to let them know so they can make it right. After the second time of my order being wrong, I gave up, as the rest of my order was already cold. The order being wrong is on the register staff. Not the cooks. I will go back again and see if it is different next time.
My favorties here are their tender juicy cheese burgers my 2 kids love their chiken tender dinners they pack the fries and food very much worth the prices. The cheese here taste good not the cheap tasting kind.Updated review 5/2/22 5 stars to 4They no longer serve fries with the chicken tenders I feel like they should reconsider that since the price went up a bit and it's only 4 tenders about medium size. Around 10$! It won't stop me from coming in but definitely won't do it as often as I did.menu has changed as well. Food is still good tho. I still recommend it's just a bit pricier but it's Chicago and we'll everywhere is getting expensive. The staff is very friendly.
Staff is friendly, customer service is good. Pizza not the best but ok. I miss some of their popular options/deals they used to have and when they were open late too, it was a clutch late night spot for good food. Gyro plate is decent also and Italian Beef is good
So it was my first time here and I must say the customer service was amazing. I order a beef and my husband a beef combo it was amazing and we also tried the chicken kabob on pita which was amazing also!! Will be back
Use to come here all the time for the awesome combos and deals you could get with most of the food and fries.Now there’s very few combos and what used to be something like $10 is now almost double that.Don’t know if it’s my salty side still talking but the food didn’t satisfy me like it always would.Shame.
