Definitely just got food poisoning from this, thank you.
The employees were very VERY rude. They clearly didn't want to be there and acted inconvenienced to be putting a pretzel into a bag and taking my money. I'm shocked. Plus the pretzel was burnt, but there was no way I was subjecting myself to more of their behavior to get a fresh one. All around horrible.
So much grease. I think more grease than dough by weight

Diante argues with me that his prep work is work is more important than serving customers. Three people left the line due to the lack of service.
They were closing and only had 2 sweet almond pretzels left. At first I was disappointed as I love their salted pretzel with cheese, but thought I'd give it a try. I got the caramel sauce with it and it was really good! Can't wait until next time when I can get a fresh one!!! I have a new favorite - give it a try!!!
Thankfully didn't have a bad experience unlike others. The line was quick and handling of the order was good as well!
Very rude cashier, as others have mentioned. Was not open when was supposed to be open.
They open at 5. It's 8:30 and no one is there, even though they have everything all set to be made, and got their electronic signs on.
