Love this place!!! I wasn’t able to go all winter but my gf just moved to Chicago and had to take her. It feels like summer when the ATX Bodega picnic tables are open ??? I also get the beef brisket tacos. So amazing and that consommé that you dip that taco in ??? FORGET ABOUT IT!!! No fugazi here! Get the tacos with cheeses and they don’t put cheese on top they melt the cheese between the deep fried corn tortillas. YUM!!!
My husband and I just went there for lunch today, the food was amazing and the service was very nice. The owner gave us free samples of meats while we waiting for our order. The wagyu burger is so fresh, juicy and good size. The brisket is tender juicy and large portion. I also love their sauce: BBQ, chimichurri, hot and green sauce. Their outdoor seating is in a nice quiet neighborhood. They will have beef ribs in near future and I am looking forward to go back soon.

I've been to ATX Bodega several times now. The staff is friendly and personable, and the food is incredibly good. My wife is a vegetarian, and they even have some options for her! But the stars of the show are the smoked meats. Everything I've tried has been stupendous; a beautiful fusion of Austin BBQ (competes with the best I've had when I spent a summer down there), Mexican, and even Asian (the Smoked Beef Bahn Mi Tacos were my favorite thing I've had so far). I highly recommend them, and I hope they remain a part of the Lincoln Square community for many years to come.
The tacos themselves are solid. Big, great amount of meat, I'd pass on the red cabbage (personal preference), and the pickled onion didn't taste like they were done yet, but that's nit picking.The problem is that these aren't birria tacos. They're tacos with beef broth dipping on the side. The consume is a time consuming labor of love, just isn't there, and the tortillas weren't dipped before the grill.I'd go back, definitely get tacos again (ingredient quality absolutely there), just not the birria
Great first experience with dinner delivery last night. Al pastor tacos were terrific, and brisket was tender and tasty (maybe needed a touch more wood smoke). Even sauces, salsas, and coleslaw were great. Dinner arrived hot and right on time. Definitely will order again.
I LOVE this place. So glad we finally tried it. Amazing tacos. Best brisket ever! Pulled pork was awesome. Ribs were great too. Everything we tried was fantastic. We seriously want to try everything they have on the menu.
ATX is great. Food is always delivered hot. orders are accurate and the delivery is fast.
I have never been anything but impressed with their food, service, and kindness. Top to bottom, they rock, and are the only BBQ place in the city approved by my Texan in-laws!Everyone should eat here once a week, so they can stay open forever.
Great food. We had the birria with cheese, carne asada, and banh mi tacos. The brisket in the birria was amazing. They gave us some on aluminum foil when we were waiting for our order. I was glad I ordered it. The taco was the perfect combination of savory, crunchy, with a touch of sweet. The carne asada was tender and flavorful. The banh mi was a surprise. A great combination of spicy, sweet, and cool from the cilantro. We'll be stopping when we're in the city.
