Finally, the Level of Service and quality you can find at other international businesses lounges like the Sala Velázquez in Madrid/Barajas. This new Flagship Lounge opened last month and is truly pleasant. There’s a very tasty hot buffet and a cold buffet with just enough variety to interest any palate. A wine buffet with quite good wines, and a coffee and dessert buffet. Quiet interior tables and tables near the full length windows offering great views.I was tired of the overcrowded and understaffed Admiral’s Lounge so this Flagship Lounge is a welcome haven for international business travelers.
A fantastic start to any trip, whether business or leisure. The staff are always helpful + brilliant. The free bar always stocked. The food is exceptional for a free menu. This lounge alone makes me want to never leave AA.Yet, I will miss coming to this little space when my concierge key expires in the coming year. It’s better to have love and lost… etc
Lounge was nice and not overcrowded. The staff was friendly Bathrooms were clean. Coffee was hot. It's close to time for a food offering revamp. Same ole thing is getting a bit old, especially if you travel often and spend a decent amount of time in the lounges.
Nice play to wait for the next flight. If your a frequent traveler then a club is for you. 2 bars (pay for drinks), coffee and soft drinks are free. Lots of finger foods - excellent. Nice views of Chicago in the background. Quiet area, showers, conference rooms, business center and printing.
Great lounge. Clean and the food was tasty. Great way to relax before a flight.
My first time visiting before my flight. The service was so friendly and amazing in all aspects, from reception, greeting, dining, and amenities. We were lucky enough to be here when the menus changed from breakfast to lunch, so we got to pig out at the buffets. The food was definitely not your typical buffet fare, but of a much higher quality. They had an impressive open bar and other drinks but we didn't explore those too much. The lounge itself had many areas and all very relaxing. It wasn't too busy when we visited.
Now that I'm back to traveling, I wanted to make sure that I could have the comfort and freedom to work without interference from loudspeakers announcing another flight every 30 seconds. I chose the advantage card with the American airlines club lounge. They definitely know how to take care of a person here. This particular one is the flagship in O'Hare airport make sure you find it and go up to the third floor to experience a nice quiet place where you can work and enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner. For what you spend on the card with an annual fee of $450, if you travel quite a bit you'll more than make up the cost.
Great views and food. Access is severely limited to ultra-elites and those flying international first or business classes. Flying domestic first class? Forget it.

Kind of rude. Told me to leave because they were crowded and that because I had an hour left, to wait by the terminal. All I wanted was a quick bite to eat before my flight. I have the highest loyalties with AA and I find this attitude unacceptable. ORD also does not have a centurion lounge but I hope they build one soon, because the customer service here is trash.
