All vegan menu makes ordering easy. Server was knowledgeable about menu and very obliging.
The crab cakes and Kimchi Dumplings appetizers were delicious (order two servings). We preferred the appetizers over the entrees (Almond Udon and Lasagna).
This was my 4th time at Althea- always a favorite when we visit from Indiana. I had the kelp noodles, but did not realize it was the same dish I had on the last visit a year ago. Delicious and nutritious but wish I had chosen something new to try. The black pepper is a bit much. We also had the roasted hummus and cheese plate. Would like to see the menu switch up a bit from year to year, but the food is always fabulous.
This was my first experience at a fine dining plant based restaurant and I really enjoyed it! My server was very attentive and helpful. The food and everything was perfect. I would love to return here the next time I visit Chicago!
The menu was interesting and everything we ordered was delicious
The food was excellent. The flavors were complex and unique, and the plating was very aesthetically pleasing. The bussers were very nice, but the wait service was lacking (I felt like I was bothering him by just being there). Also, an hour-long dining experience but I never got a water or coffee refill.
