I come here all the time for take out, since I work nearby. I love the pork katsu and get the mini lunch set usually. It’s the perfect size and very tasty! I also love the spam masubi. My food is normally ready in 10-15 minutes which is great! Everyone is always very nice.

First time diner, stopped here for lunch. We ordered chicken/beef combo, Pork/beef combo meals and spam musubi. That's the Spam Sushi type roll. The food is delicious! The restaurant seems to have a great turnaround. The service from the young lady behind the counter was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. When I'm in the area, this is a must stop.

The absolute best. They are very flexible with your order (all mac salad, all the time) and though delivery doesn't always go well, they will make things right. They have very generous portions and wonderful staff and I love everything about them. The BBQ mix plate is easily three meals if you make more rice at home. Other plate lunches are at least two meals. Mahalo!

Honestly, this is probably the best food I’ve had in Chicago !! Came straight here from the zoo and the bbq slaps (aka is amazing)- highly recommend! the wait is a bit long though so plan for that

Hands down one of the top 5 best meals in Chicago. This little hidden gem specializes in the most popular comfort food creations from Hawaii. They absolutely nailed it. Run by a lovely multigenerational family from Oahu Hawaii. The flavors are familiar to even first timers with Asian influenced Chicken Katsu and Kalbi ribs done over a fire. All the way to the loved Loco Moco ( just try it, delicious.), various fresh massive musubi rolls, Teriyaki beef, and so many other delectable lunches or dinner. I mean it when I say this restaurant is of the best Chicago has to offer for casual and authentic awesome food that well thought out menu can be easily enjoyed a few times a week (like I do ?) It’s all Aloha at Aloha eats. Loyal customer since day 1

Short ribs were amazing along with the combo platter. Bit pricey but worth it. Portions are hefty and can easily be two meals which helps with price! Friendly staff too.

I am from Guam and outside of Filipino, Hawaiian food is the closest thing that resembles food from the island.I have been going here since 2005/6 and it makes living here slightly worth it.I recommend the loco moco, spam musubi, pork katsu, and when they have it the Portuguese sausage.Mac salad is fire.

As someone who grew up in Hawaii, it's always great to be able to find local food away from home. Highly recommend the loco Moco and mochiko chicken!

This place was cute and the juice they serve was great but the chicken I had was very chewy. The flavors were really good but my mouth hurt after the third piece.

This was my first time eating at a Hawaiian place and I would say it was pretty good. I got eggs and spam (spam loco moto). The fried spam was a first and delicious. I would say there was a little bit too much sauce for my liking which is why I dropped a star. My girlfriend got the bbq beef and it was sweet tasteful.
