Alexander's has the best Athenian chicken in the city of Chicago at this time. The breakfast sausage has a great hint of spice and it's delicious. Great spinach and feta omelette.
I am a visitor from the south. I was looking for a breakfast restaurant and found Alexander's Restaurant. The food was great, service was excellent. The coffee is great, so please if you are looking to have some breakfast around Evanston IL this is the right place for you.
I have returned to this place a couple times and it has quickly become my favorite spot for brunch! Amazing food, friendly/quick service, and great ambiance! Would definitely recommend.
Ordered online. Had high hopes and am really dissapointed. Saw that bit was a Greek resteraunt and was craving gyros. Well what ingot was pita bread with 3 slices of what looked like frozen gyro meat from Sam's club or somewhere like that. It had a few chopped onion and tomatoes. They gave me three big leafs if lettuces on the side. I'm sure school cafeteria serves better and more authentic gyros than this. I also ordered a sprite. $3.25. I thought ok cool, it's going to be a large cup. Sadly mistaken. It was a small I mean small cup filled with ice and about three sips of sprite. This place is def going on my" never ordering from them again " list. Lol, im still gagging over the fact that they gave me what looks like microwavable gyro meat. Three slices lol. No no no

The skillets are legit so good, the gypsy skillet sub bacon for sausage made me go into labor. No joke, delivered a healthy baby less than 24 hours after eating from here. 10/10 would recommend. Huge portions and super delicious food.
This wonderful place has quickly become my favorite, go-to breakfast spot. Terrific and tasty food and generous portions and fair prices. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Hello Fine Diners: Alexander's Staff: easy going and friendly. Menu average fair. Egg Salad sandwich well balanced flavors.Vegetable Wrap is passable. It certain could use some spices. Other than the vegetable wrap and salad there are no veggie offerings. Yes, every time visit them I remind offer more veggie fare...my pleas are still on deaf ears.Even a bean loaded burger would a good start. Perhaps even an Impossible BurgerWould Get The Veggie menu "rolling slowly but Steadily." Notable staff names; Edwin, Nicky , Eric and Jill. This place is friendly and cozy..just needs a few tweaks to the menu. Bon Appétit. Joseph?
