The service is impeccable. Especially perfect for a business meeting.
We ordered a very vice cheese and charcutterie board, which had a pretty generous portion of meats, cheeses, and fruit but lacked decent bread and crackers and quince or Apricot.
The service was subpar at best. Our waiter never came to check on us. Also, the ambiance used to be so dark, cozy, and classic Chicago. Now it has a very cheap feeling and itâs lost so much charm. Horrible dining chairs and I absolutely despise the decor.
We went to celebrate a reunion - my daughter had been overseas. They asked and were well aware, but did nothing to mark or acknowledge the occasion at our table. Why ask and verify to ignore? Further, no Open Table points were rewarded. The server was excellent. The pastry chef came out to see if we wanted to go to his special pastry event. And life went on. No big thrill here. In a city of great dining options, this is average.
What an exquisite experience! Adorn is really a hidden gem in the Gold Coast. From the moment you step off of the elevator talk about ambience. I absolutely loved the decor, bar, and dining area. Food and drinks were good. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience and I will definitely be back. A great place for special occasions and intimate gathering.
Food was amazing, and the service was great too. People is really nice and attentive. The place is gorgeous.
Dinner with guests from San Francisco. Think they enjoyed it. My food was ok - steak wasnât as good as usual. Guests seemed to enjoy everything & little boy loved the ice cream.
