The AA club was nice and well lit, which was nice. I dislike sitting in a dark setting. It wasn’t too crowded. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast selection was simple and the food was good. Note: the breakfast selection was the same as the club in Philadelphia.

Monica and Kim were so friendly from the time we arrived and kept us updated on our delayed flight and checked that our bags were in transit to the right place! ** Not only that, I sat down and Kim actually called me from the club to let me know my bag was loaded! ?Thank you for such great customer service! We look forward to seeing you again soon! ✈️

Fantastic place to relax and have a bite to eat while waiting for your flight. I wish I had known about this before, definitely a must for international flights and a bonus for shorter flights. Staff was very friendly, food was fresh, clean and quiet.

If you are going for the food, RUN. The food choices in the Admiral Club lounges hasn’t changed in 5+ years. The choices haven’t changed but the food quality sure has. I never eat their offerings. The food options are gross…even the ones they offer for purchase. I deal with the gatekeepers acting as if they are allowing you to access the mighty riches of Oz…NOT….solely for a seat with an outlet (not always a sure bet) and I drink their beverages (most of which are a significant up charge). They have folks that grab your dishes before you are done BUT I never see those same folks wiping a table or chair. I honestly hate that American has become as greedy as the rest BUT they have. The admirals club is sure to leave you wanting more….like perhaps, DELTA.

Used points to get in for the day and enjoyed the food and a quiet place to attempt a nap on a layover extended by a delay. It was a good experience, but I wouldn’t do it if I were paying for a day pass in cash.

Visited the concourse L during the morning hours between 8:00 - 10:00 am.One of the best things about lounges is the experience of peace and quite compared to the busy airport space.Food: Fresh fruits, yogurts, jams, bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs (very dry, not recommended at all), salad, cereals, milk, juice (orange), beer, wine. Loads of coffee :).Seating: Recommend to take a seat in the restaurant area near the bar during a meal. Enjoy the view. Take your coffee or juice once you're done with your meal to a regular comfortable seating areas.Bathroom: Very clean and fragrant. However, just only one toilet in the men's room might make it quite busy. The economics of wait time + food + comfort make the lounge worth with a day pass. Especially when you have 3+ hours of wait time.

What a sad miserable lounge. I’m on the international flight, therefore I’m supposed to be in Flagship, but it’s closed for some unjustified reasons, so I’m confined to this food bank canteen with mysterious (i’m not sure you can call it) food where you’re forced to eat with plastic cutlery and pay for your drinks. I really loathe AA lately. Disgusting!

This is one of the best Admiral’s Clubs in the country (ORD). Extremely large, good food selection (both free and for purchase), clean restrooms, and friendly staff.

WiFi: LiveTV2021This is the definition of a fancy lounge. Situated on the third floor of the airport, the admirals club has a beautiful picturesque view of the entire terminal. Tons of seating everywhere, and a nice area for food, drinks, and a full-service bar. They had several soups, snacks, fruits, cereals, and desserts available. The bar had tons of options of complementary drinks as well as drinks to purchase. The restrooms are extremely large and clean. The hustle and bustle of the concourse dissolves as you take the elevators up to the 3rd level, making this the ideal place to relax, work, and eat really solid food.

Tycee was the best bartender ever! He made an amazing bloody Mary with spices he brought from home (his own recipe) and he never let our drinks run empty or even come close to being half way empty. This coming from someone who managed and worked in bars for 10+ years, hats off to Tycee.
