My grandson had a cake from ace for his birthday the cake was done from a picture and it looked better than the picture and the cake was so light and moist! I used ace bakery when my children were little they are now all adults so i have known about them for over thirty years,thank you Ace bakery for your many,many,years of doing quality desserts
Been going here for over 25 years now going for my grandbabies cakes I love them and their service most of all the cakes, pies, cookies
Very bad customer service and rude. After 40 years of family business will not go there no more and recommend others not to go there no more the original Ace Bakery is no longer,it was great years ago
Its been 5 years since my last visit and thought i would try again, cuz I love a good bakery. Still Just very disappointed. Last thing I had was a chocolate croissant and dear Jesus it left an after taste of vomit in my mouth.Worst thing is I saved it so I could tell everyone in family to taste it as a joke.
So. I've purchased many cakes from Ace Bakery, but this time I'm absolutely disappointed. I would've rather been told they couldn't do a number 3 cake for my son. This cake was not pretty at all
I just wanted to say worse serves everyone. The girl that works there Elisa. Rudest ever. She most need help or was high on some type of medication or Drugs. Was very rude. And started screaming Bless. Made me wait a long time to my order. Try to gave me and sell me spoil Pastry till I seen the fresh tray I had call my order ahead . And they were goin to sell me old Pastry how sad and rude. But I well be calling the owner that runs this place. And to speak abt how Elisa was. I hope she never Try to get another job because with that customer service she well get no we're in life
I first would like to thank Nerbert for his AMAZING customer service. I emailed him what I wanted and he made sure I had just that… but that’s not it! You know how a custom cake can be sooooo beautiful but the taste doesn’t match. Not this place! The cake tasted so good my entire party wanted to know where this bakery is located. Some want just because cakes because my cake was so good. So if your looking for a birthday,engagement, wedding, anniversary or whatever requires a cake for that occasion or just because this is DEFINITELY the place to go. Keep up the great work and every occasion I will be coming to you for service. Stay blessed
I ordered a construction theme birthday cake and two dozen cupcakes for my 3yr old, it was a little pricey but that was okay. Cake looked great, my son loved it, also tasted great and everybody enjoyed it. However I’m giving four star because the cake was not well packaged, the box could not be closed because of the number 3 design on it so the cashier wrapped baking sheet around the gap to cover it, I was told to put the cake on the floor of the front passenger seat which I did, but when I tried to put it in the fridge as I didn’t want my son to see the cake before the party the number 3 design broke, the lid was resting on the number, I had to glue it back before the party and prayed it didn’t fall off. The cake could have been packaged better to avoid this, the box could have been double or they could have use a longer box, the business have been around for a while this is something they should know.
My kids are 17 and I've always ordered their cakes from Ace Bakery. This past Monday I picked up a cake for my 14 year old. The cake was so dry. We cut like 4 slices and didnt touch the remainder because i wanted to give it back to the bakery. I called to speak with the manager several times. I was told he wasn't there everytime I called. I left messages and they went unanswered. I WILL NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE AGAIN. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN. MEIJER, WALMART, JEWEL AND SAMS CLUB HAS BETTER CAKES.
Called store to get prices of German Chocolate Cake. The employee that answered had a very condescending attitude. She could not answer my question as to if real German chocolate was used. She then proceeded to rush me of the phone when I had another question. Customer Service rates an F ! Would never refer this place to anyone!
