My wife and I visited Chicago 5/9/22. I was looking forward to the visit. I ordered the Ox Tail. It was very good. A bit pricy. My wife ordered the Pork Chunks. They were nicely seasoned but a bit tough and dry. The black beans and rice were good. The plantains were ok. We ordered fried yuca. A mistake. It was processed and formed into identical strips. No original Cuban restaurant would serve these. A lazy choice. Lastly we ordered a Cuban coffee and a cafe' con leche. The worst I have ever had. We did not finish our coffee. The service was very poor. We are originally from Miami, I am Cuban. We know good Cuban food. When we return to Chicago we will try a different Cuban restaurant.
Been here a handful of times and they have really tasty food!You can never go wrong with their empandas, ceviche or sandwiches!Went here with my bf and I got the Cubano sandwich with fries and he got the chicken sandwich with plantain chips and we shared the tuna ceviche.
Very delicious Cuban food. We came here late at night and the only struggle was to find parking but that is what happens when you go out in Chicago. We devoured all our food and can't wait to come back. The staff was kind and quick to attend to us. Hardworking people ready to help. Our food was ready more quickly than we expected since the place was packed (9:00 PM on a Friday). They have lots of tables and even outdoor seating. I love their decor! Muy rica comida cubana! “90 Miles” has been on my list of to-do spots for quite a while and I can honestly say I wish I would have stopped in sooner! Had the Chorizo&Beef Cheeseburger that comes with the most delicious fries and a couple of sweet plantains as a garnish. The empanadas were fantastic. HIGHLY recommend the goat cheese & chorizo empanada.

Really cool ambiance- looks like a tiny place when you enter but the main seating is in the back. BYOB.The yucca fries and the vegan sandwich were my favorites but everything had really good flavor. Plenty of vegan options. The vegan empanadas were great & would love it if they got more veggie empanadas options.
Been waiting to try this place since I saw it on triple d a decade or so ago. Ordered the ropa vieja. Portion was big and flavor was good, although not the best I’ve tasted. Staff was friendly. Glad I finally got to try this place.
