I wish we would have found this sooner. Great selection of drinks and wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town.
Big bar, friendly bartender/s... But on a Friday night I would wait for the night part, after 22 or so... I came around 8 and it was empty. Selection of drinks and cocktails is there and all looked like a successful drinking place. The music was a bit too loud for an empty crowd, and quality of the system can be improved. Had a nice cider this evening, which -the bartender said- was sweet, it's nice that he gave a small sip to try, cous it was dry and lovely. :)
Such good service! Food was amazing! We got the cauliflower bites and the HUGE pretzel. It was all amazing. Drinks were well made.
Good bar! The seating in the back is weird though, more small booths would be preferable to a few really large booths, because no one can talk to each other in the extra large booths
...if the 3 bartenders would actually act somewhat professional. Sat there with an empty beer, pushed up to the edge of the bar to indicate I needed another, while ALL 3 of them were on their phone...and it was relatively busy in there tonight! This happened multiple times - just really ridiculous and annoying. They clearly didn't care about service or a tim, even though I gave them 20%. The food was excellent, so it's a shame the service sucked as I would have spent more time and money there instead of leaving once I finally caught someone's attention. Oh and like others have said, the bouncer was an a-hole - almost jumping in front of me as I walked in to proof me! I'm 48...so maybe show a little respect and not act like I'm some 19 year old trying to sneak in!
Very much enjoyed our visit to 2Twenty2. We were fortunate to come at a time when it was slow and got good service. Both drinks we had were great and reasonably priced. I'm not usually big into Mules but theirs was one of the best I've had. Vibe of the place is great, and they even have a couple shuffleboards. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but will definitely consider returning to do so in the future.
I’d avoid this place, it is depressing. The bouncer and staff are way too aggressive. Bar was 30% full and the bouncer asked us to “keep clear of the walkway” 7+ times. Dude you gotta chill out. Bouncers were inappropriately aggressive. Tried to sit on an empty seat and one pushed me off! Literally *touched my butt* and lifted it up. Won’t go back.
Delicious food, amazing service even when they're super busy. Can't wait to go back one day.
Drinks could use some work but those cauliflower bites?! I will miss those.
I'm a bit of a bar type foodie and I give 2202 high marks for terrific ambience and breathtaking cocktails. The martinis are awesome!
