Wow! I don't stop at fast food very often but traveling calls for an exception.Glad I wasn't feeding a family of 4. I will be going to a non fast food if I were. 2 combos and $22. The prices in Indiana are surely higher than PA, at least last I checked. Like I said, it's been awhile.I will say, the food was hot & fresh.
Very very slow service. Emoyees would rather talk then get food to customers. We waited 7 minutes to get fries while our burgers set on counter for 4 . We will never be back to this site.
Good food, their qualities gotten better over the years, or at least since last time I ate there. Chicken sandwich was good, junior bacon cheeseburger was good, Frosty was good, prices aren't outrageous. I have no reason to give it other than five stars right now.
These people are rude. There has never been a time that I've gone here and staff wasn't rude. They never have anything absolve from the menu which means I have had to order something entirely different. I have an autistic son who only like certain menu items and when he wants Wendy's he gets Wendy's but then he gets upset because what he wants he can never get. I've decided to take Wendy's of the menu for him because I can't take the nasty attitudes and lack of menu items.
Stood inside directly in front of the cash registers for seven (7) minutes with the employees just staring at me… no one even said hello! After getting tired of standing there I went through the drive-through where they had no choice but to help me. It wasn’t for a lack of able-bodies; it was purely people standing around and doing nothing… not even acknowledging a customer standing in front of them… I’m afraid whomever is running your night crew sucks!!
My daughter and my aunt and I enjoy Wendy's food from time to time but normally if we decide to go to Wendy's then we have frostys on our minds, but all their frosty machines were down. And the lady just told us to come back tomorrow. We wasn't happy about the frostys but the way the lady said it was rude too. We are from a small little town in Indiana so obviously we didn't go back the next day. Probably won't ever go back when we are in Champaign
There were 3 people, one was the manager and they watched uncaringly as a worker was handling food without gloves on. They were slow and goofing around too. If youre in the middle of a rush I would hope that you would actually be paying attention to your customers, instead of acting like children and definitely contaminating your customers food.
Very good. I just didn't like the wait it was only 1 car ahead and I was asked to pull to an empty space and wait on my food. Drive thru needs to be added.
10 minute wait in lobby for food while drive through cars served. When food finally arrived every item was luke warm to cold.Disgusting breakfast. I'll pay more and go to a real breakfast restaurant.
I was so happy to be able to dine in. Slight confusion on what order the orders should be served.
