Multiple people had recommended this place c e to us so we tried it out. Staff was great, and so was the food. One helpful hint is that there base batter starts off pretty hot, and you can add levels from there, but there is no mild. Love it.
✔️ For $16 get the best Chicken and waffles in town. Place is ? kid-friendly unfortunately.
I just had the best Eggs Benedict of my life. Fried green tomatoes topped with crab salad, then two perfectly cooked eggs, and hollandaise sauce to die for. Even with that you have to make room for the Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding. I have no words to aptly describe this utterly scrumptious brunch, and the service was first class. Will definitely be back.
Of all the times I’ve been to Watson’s, this was the first time I gave their gumbo and their chicken & waffles a shot. Can’t lie - I’ll probably never order anything different than this from there ever again.Some options I’ve had here before, I wasn’t a fan of. But I’m not one to cancel a restaurant just because I didn’t like one or two things on the menu. Great atmosphere and service!

Second time dining in and I had the same thing both time. Great staff and great music selections. I had the gumbo which was tasty..could have been alot hotter..was only warm. Nothing I would complain about. My son had the chicken and waffle..or Chelsea's shameless plea. He thought the chicken was over cooked but I think the grease was maybe old due to the color of the chicken.. Overall a great place and we will be back!
Came in for a early lunch while working in town. Great folks at the bar! Awesome wings and a bourbon slushy.

I highly recommend this restaurant if your are in the area. The food was really good and the wait was reasonable. I recommend you to book a table in advance. Enjoy!
Stopped in for a quick dinner. Food was very good with just enough spice. Quiet spot with courteous staff. Will definately return to sample more of the menu.
