The Black Sugar Boba & Pearl Milk Cream Mousse was delicious this was an XL btw.On the third pic the pudding doesn’t really go well with the boba.
I requested for less Ice and gave me a cup full of Ice. Disappointed with the taste and pudding not great. Shout out Uptown Mall BGC Branch
I tried their Mango Sago, it didn’t had any sugar/sweetness and it felt like just drinking ice/cold water. This place has mostly overpriced boba tea’s with 90% ice in it. It’s not on par with other boba places in Champaign/Urbana.
I order the coffee latte with boba, the drink is good, but their cup are too small, and u can't ask for easy ice, after I finish the whole drink, a full cup of ice still in the cup, not much to drink, and it like $7, too expensive for such a small cup
I was happy with my order until I realized that one of my tea’s plastic cover was poorly sealed. So I couldn’t shake it up as suggested ? It also destroyed the paper straw inside of the bag.
Boba coffee latte is really good! Love it! Will try the Boba & Chocolate next time!
Taro drink wasn’t properly made with no refund.
I was very disappointed this time. I ordered a vanilla black tea and I asked for no boba, and exchange to the coffee jelly. But the girl taking the order answered NO with a very disdainful attitude to me. I was shocked with such attitude. She can reply "Sorry, we can't exchange to jelly". But she didn’t say like that, she said “NO NO NO” so many times. Although the previous times I bought with that change, they still made it for me. I even said "Can I add the coffee jelly and you can charge for that?" She still said NO. I am very disappointed with that experience. Although I like the drinks very much, but that attitude towards customers makes me uncomfortable. I won't come back again.
When I went not only were employees being reprimanded in full view of the public, but only one employee was taking orders and making drinks for the long line of people. Also, the prices are ridiculous for flavored ice. Go to another Boba shop instead. There are plenty in Champaign.
