*SUSHI HAS BONES*This place is notorious for its cheap and sub par sushi. Today it took an all time low. I ordered an eel roll and there were many bones in each of the pieces. I asked the chef to remake it and he told me no and said “that’s how it’s supposed to be.” This left me confused and frustrated because in my experience in working in food service, if someone asks you to remake a dish there is never even a question of doing it. The fact that he would not remake the food which was contaminated with bones is inconceivable. I will not be returning.
Every time I visit the store is very clean and the staff is nice. I think the food quality is very good for the price, and I would recommend this place to others.
Very very rude employees. I came in today with my boyfriend. I always order the vegetable ramen with double noddle. I ordered mine first and then my boyfriend ordered Yaki-soba noodles (an item I didn't even know they had on the menu), and he paid for both. When the food was ready, I noticed that the woman at the cashier (short hair) gave me the wrong food. I told her about it and she said that I also ordered Yaki-soba. I told her I did not. She asked me if I looked at the receipt after I ordered. I told her no since I was not the one who was handed the receipt (the entire time she is being very rude and giving me attitude throughout). The cashier keeps insisting that I ordered Yaki-soba even though that is impossible since I didn't even know it was on the menu. She then says she will see what she can do and talks to the cook (another woman). The cook also seems very irritated from what I can hear. The cashier tells me they will remake my order but very rudely tells me again that I ordered incorrectly, tells me it's my fault I didn't check the receipt, and to "order what you mean next time." This was terrible business, and I will not be returning.
I went to Sushi Ichiban earlier today for lunch, and the woman who was the cashier was extremely rude. I ordered Yaki-soba noodles while my girlfriend ordered Ramen. When our food was ready, they gave us two plates of Yaki-soba noodles. So, they got my girlfriend's order wrong. My girlfriend told the cashier that the order was wrong, and that she actually ordered ramen. The cashier then told my girlfriend that ramen was not what was on the receipt, so oh well, even though clearly the issue was that the cashier put the wrong food item into the computer. The cashier was giving lots of attitude when my girlfriend asked for the ramen to be remade. The cashier finally agreed to have the kitchen remake it, and said "Next time order what you mean" to my girlfriend. At no point did the cashier admit to entering the wrong dish into the computer, and instead chose to give my girlfriend attitude the whole time. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again!
You call the wrong order, your order contain rice but you did not give us firstly. I don't believe you can not find that out. Did you? Shame on you. You made mistake first, but you did not take proper actions and shouted to us and our friends and cursed us. The nasty manager. The fault of waiter but nasty manager cursed us. Our friends did nothing except being cursed by your nasty words. You should be shame on yourself. Is the curse of your favorite hobby? Your family taught you to remember to curse other people when you made mistakes? You are the shame of Chinese. Don't call yourself as a Chinese. You don't deserve that. Chinese people never curse other people when they made mistake. Did you remember your begging attitude at that night. Did you? (Wait to closed your restaurant....) I got all A in our past several semesters. You do not need to worry about that. That curse never work for us. Sorry about your curse did not work...
I had an extremely bad experience at this restaurant, last night. They gave me the wrong dish. A man with orange hair who seemed to be the boss of this restaurant came out of the kitchen and shouted at my friends and me. He even cursed and humiliated us. He was completely rude. He even call the 911. Fortunately, he realized he was wrong and refunded for us. This kind of restaurant should close for sure. How can a owner of a restaurant do such thing to his customers? 你在给我们回复时嚣张的样子真的很帅,但你那天道歉的样子真的很狼狈!hhhhh
Glad to see you finally replying to us. But why is your attitude on the internet so different than your attitude that night when you begged for our forgiveness and offered to refund us? Glad you realize that it was the waitress's fault and your rudeness that ruined our experience. Hope your follow your word of "if this my mistake i will close the restaurant" and get yourself out of champaign. Chinese don't behave like you, civilized man, it only make me disgusting when you say "we Chinese".---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------how can you not tell the difference between number 120 and 121? You did not even serve us rice in the beef and tofu order, it only contains a bowl of soup. That's why we thought the order was noodle. If you don't believe, go ask your waitress--hope she's not fired by you for being honest--or check your camera. Hope you can open your eyes and the truth will bring back your sanity. What a good statement that "you want to protect the waitress"! Remember we kept saying the waitress was totally fine, it was your rudeness that ruined our experience. It was you that kept blaming on the waitress for the problem that you done. When we try to speak for the waitress, some nasty thing said "It's her problem, None of your business". And the nasty thing now says that it's for the good of her. How dare you? Do you have any humanity in your heart? No! Do you dare to show her your reply on the google map? No! Do you feel a little bit guilty? No! Remember your curse and closing the nasty restaurant ASAP.
avoid that orange hair man, it's a shame for a restaurant. the restaurant should definitely close for good as that orange man claimed last night? He said if it was his fault he closes the restaurant, if it was our fault we get zero for grades. it was a curse! the funny thing was that he realized it was his fault in the end after he called the police. The curse works on himself now.?
