My friend’s card declined and while we were trying to sort it out (we stood away from the line, and we’re not holding it up) they accused us of stealing and would not let us leave. After literally 30 minutes they finally said we can throw away our food and drinks and leave. While we were figuring it out the workers constantly glared at us and called their manager multiple times.BTW, afterwards we went to the Chipotle nearby and the card did not decline. Seems like a Subway issue.

Went in with my boyfriend. The guy asked my bf what he wanted while his coworker worked on online orders. Asked me if i was getting anything (as i had a bag of chips in my hands, so obv i did). i said yes & he said something about how i should have said something sooner. kept going on ab that so i just walked out. my bf paid for his stuff & the guy walked away to work on mobile orders & left my bf standing there waiting for his sandwich that was behind the counter for several minutes. then he acted like my bf was dumb for not reaching across their counter, behind their sneeze guard for his sandwich & receipt? such bad customer service. won’t be going back.

Decided to try this location since the other locations was closed. Big mistake I ordered a steak and cheese sub along with a cold cut combo. The worker proceeds to put one scoop of steak on a footlong and says he's always done it this way. The owner tried putting more meat on the sandwich while the employee kept trying to explain that he was putting the correct amount on. I ended up paying close to $10.00 for a sandwich with barely any meat on it . I will never return to this location again!!
