We came to this store at 7:20 and the store says it closes at 8pm. However, all the lights are closed and the people said that they are closed as soon as we tried to enter. They didn't seem to want to take orders because it seemed like they had already started cleaning. It's quite unfortunate that the staff won't let people order even though it's more than 30 mins until the store is supposed to close. They left the order open, but for some reason all the lights were closed and they didn't take pur order. The two people I saw in the store seemed to be just standing at the cash register. Maybe they had some reason to close early, but it would have been nice if they said so somewhere.
Worst subway ever!!! We was the only ones in line and the lady stood at the cash register counting changes at the register while we waited never have I been to a subway and have to wait 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted then tell us they was out of bowls thanks for a waste of time!!!
I got the chicken and bacon sandwich and it was nasty meat tasted fake lettuce looked old I will not be going back to this subway. Smfh and I love Subway.
Called delivery, messed up my address, told me on the phone that I could go there to get another. Eventually canceled my order. If I would go there why did order online.
Lady was very rude, sorry to say this.

I asked for the bacon to be extra crispy and it's super rubbery. The egg isn't even warm. I think they toasted it less than normal because I asked. The employees talk to each other even while you are ordering like you aren't there.
Trust me, the worst subway not only in Champaign, but like the worst in the world.
Terrible just terrible waited 20+ mins in line for the cashier to make ONE sandwich awful service cashier was also extremely rude
