Very slow. Forgot our order in the drive through. Forgot that they had already charged us.Our two shakes were good, but had probably a 10 minute wait in the drive up.
They now have stations where you can self serve to order your food on screens, then wait to be called when your food is ready. One of our orders came out wrong, but the manager was quick to fix the problem. All in all happy with our visit. Took out one star coz the toilet is not so clean and smelled unpleasant.
Customer service is excellent in a self-serve restaurant right now you order the screen on the monitor and they bring it out to you
To make a long story short, Steak and Shake has gone downhill but their prices have gone up. You now have to order on a tablet (waitresses don't exist there anymore), you fill your own drinks, have to get up and go to the counter whenever they call your number telling you your food is ready, and you have to clean up your table whenever you're done eating. They've changed the way they do things!The food was good and greasy as usual, but the service was incredibly slow and it does not appear that the staff is 100% focused on the customers
This was our first time dealing with a kiosk in Steak and Shake. It was pretty easy, but I miss the sit down dining with a waitress to take your order. Food was great!
Undone burgers , suffering food poisoning from eating from here . Don’t recommend no one to go here for food , I don’t know who the new cook is but its not the same texture or taste and burgers are not being cooked fully like I remember
I putting 2 stars out of respect for the workers. They are under staffed, under payed and over worked. Butttt my complaint is everytime I go threw steak shake, my food is always cold. Cold fries. Cold buns. Not the same steak and shake as it once Was.
I Loved there food before Covid but since then there food has sucked
BEWARE! This was a pickup for an app order. We went to the drive thru. They told us to go to spot 1. We did. 15 minutes later we called and they said we have to go through the drive thru after they told us to go to spot 1. We got back in line and 35 minutes later we got our food. Cold of course. It took 50 minutes total to get an online order that they said was ready. They still messed up our drinks and didn't give us all our fries. This is my first 1 star review given. Never again will I go to this place. Not even for a glass of free water if I was dehydrated on a 100 degree day. If I could give a lower rating I would.
We had shakes. Tasted awful and the texture was grainy! They have definitely changed their recipe. Won't be back!
