Cold food, when did they get rid of the waitresses? Thought this was supposed to feel like a 60s diner, now just another fast food restaurant. And a terrible one at that. Would give 0 stars if I could. Gave us cardboard straws for the milkshake that barely work. I'll never eat here again.

Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after I paid for my food just to receive very cold food. I was the only one to serve.
i waited 25 min in the drive up line with two cars ahead of me, at 10 pm when it wasnt even busy. my food was thrown in my bag and the napkins were crumpled. They could barely remember what i ordered, and the food wasnt good either.
The service was on the slower side, but they also looked short staffed. The food was very good and the workers were very nice.
Terrible place. The new owner has changed buns, menus items and it's not the same. No wonder stores are being closed everywhere. Employees are sloppy and don't care
Open your lobby for delivery drivers or shut your services off. We don't have a choice but to pick up from places without hurting our delivery record. And making us wait in a drive through for a half hour while our other customers food gets cold is wrong. Turn off your services or unlock the door
Food was cold, no ketchup on my burger, took only exact change, worst customer service ever. Should of went to Taco Bell.
Saturday 2/26/22 12:50 PM - They turned away customers saying due to large volume of orders. They are Dive-Thru only and only four cats ahead of me before saying this over the speaker. This store has lost a customer. Steak n Shake restaurants all over the state are fully open but this store cannot handle drive thru only service. Very poor management!!! Luckily Culver's was down the street. This is the store on S. Neil St on Champaign IL
My son dropped his fries in the car and they were kind enough to replace them free of charge when I asked.
