I ordered ahead on the app and when I got there 5 minutes later my Frappuccino was ready and perfect. Wonderfully enthusiastic staff. Remember to leave a tip, please. These guys really deserve it!

Everyone here is super nice and that's a saving grace for sure because they are busy AF most of the time here. That isn't their fault at all, but they manage it very well.

I was directly lied to about the size of drink I was ordering. I asked if they could do a kid sized lemonade and I was assured they could only to pay for and receive 2 tall lemonades. I will not be returning. Very poor service.
I have been a Starbucks customer for 30 years. I have spent a lot of money on their brand. In the past 2 years the customer service has declined to the point that I can no longer be their customer. I know my $1200 a year isn’t a lot of money but it is my money. I will no longer give it to a company who higher baristas who respond with, “oh, well” when my order is wrong. A simple order like grande black coffee cream and sugar. I got a venti and after paying, she offered to just pour some out. This happened on 04.08.2022 at 9:35 am. I love this place! Everyone is so awesome and ever so lovely! I cannot recommend this place enough! Wonderful staff! Wonderful coffee! It's just so gosh darn incredible here, I love this place!
