I ordered the cayenne ranch sandwich and an order of fried pickles. My boyfriend ordered the 3 piece tender meal. My food was so salty that it was inedible. I ended up sharing my boyfriends meal and not eating mine. This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we did so because Chick-fil-A was closed. I'm very disappointed I spent $11 on food that ended up in the garbage after 3 bites. We will not be visiting again.
My experience was great. Everything was fresh and done right. Seen some of the mixed reviews and tried it anyway. Kailey was amazing with suggestions for a 1st timer. I looked up my review on here but forgot that I filled out their survey, not this. So here i am 2 weeks later. Anyways, no complaints here. The brownies are melt in your mouth awesome! Sorry no pics this time. Will be next time.
The service provided was mediocre. The person taking the order was knowledgeable, but his attitude wasn't that great. It was our first time so I can kinda understand because we did have a few questions about the food. The food itself was nothing to get excited about. It was hot and fresh but not seasoned. Even the house sauce let me down. You could only taste the seasoning salt but that still did nothing for the chicken. The fries, again were fresh and hot but bland as well. We ended up eating a a few strips and a couple of fries and left the food on the counter. The kids seemed to enjoy the food cold after it had set for about an hour. It was our first and last time unfortunately. But I would definitely say try it if you never have, you might like it. It just wasn't for us.
the food is pretty average.you won’t get as much food as you’re paying for.the staff were very friendly tho, which makes this a 3-star.

My food was okay, buI could see that the person in the car in front of me had trouble with their order and watched bags get exchanged back and forth a few times. It was a LONG wait. When I got to the window I was asked twice what I ordered they seemed confused. I waited about 10-15 mins for my order. When I got home I opened the bag to a wad of napkins that looked used. That's nasty. Service matters. The best thing at this place is their ranch dressing, to be honest.
One of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen Those are supposed to be mushrooms - box is so dripping with liquid the box disintegrated upon being touched, mushroom soggy and inedible. So disappointed! The last photo is the bottom of the box which fell apart.
First time trying it tonight & completely disappointed. They didn’t have anything of what I ordered. Went around 8pm. They don’t close til 10pm or so it says. They pulled a “ice cream machine” is down. Figured this place would be better than McDonald’s but seems to be McDonald’s is better than this place other than the dessert thing too. Guess is they were closing early and didn’t want to dirty the machine.Wont be coming back.
Ordered the Memphis BBQ chicken sandwich on a bunch with no coleslaw. I don't know what we got but it was covered in mayo & on Texas toast. Took a bite & it was cold & disgusting
Running errands over the lunch hour and noticed the drive through wasn't too busy so I decided to pick up a salad. The staff was very friendly and efficient however the food was not as expected. The lettuce was wilted, the vegetables looked old, dressing was provided in two small cups with about a teaspoon per cup. It was very disappointing especially for the price. A very expensive salad of which only a quarter was edible. I do think it's another case of a business feeling the continued effects of Covid.
