Of all the places we ate in downtown champaign, this was my favorite. The food incredible, the service great, and the atmosphere perfect.
After a day of traveling to get to Champaign my whole family was tired and cranky. And no one could agree on what they wanted to eat. Enter Seven Saints. Great menu with enough variety and quality selection. I ordered the Seven Saints Salad and DEVOURED it. I need to recreate this at home it was so good. What a great little restaurant!
Second time here (visiting a friend in town) and I am highly impressed once again!!!! Got the honey Dijon slider with a cup of tomato bisque. SO GOOD!!! That tomato bisque has great consistency, flavor & overall an addictive taste. I’d get that soup over and over again. Decided to also try the California Turkey and salmon slider. Love that salmon slider. I live 2 hours away but I would travel here for Seven Saints. So worth it.
If you've never been to Seven Saints, you're missing out. They have the best cheese curds I've ever had in my life. Stuff us always super friendly and they have a fun cocktail and alchohol menu if you're interested in that! The sliders are amazing along with the salads and sandwiches! You can't go wrong at Seven Saints.
The bartender made a really good, quick Moscow Mule. He remembered I inquired about gluten-free beer (which they don't have other than ciders) when we decided to order food and made sure there wasn't gluten in my order. The food servers were friendly and helpful. The ham and cheese sandwich was quite good.
I went on a Sunday night before the illini basketball game and it was busy. Our server was helpful and informative. He recommended items that were popular such as some chicken appetizers and cheese curds. I ordered the shrimp po' boy which was okay. I thought it'd be a sandwich but it came in a pita. Everyone else enjoyed the fries and burgers that they ordered. Good bar type food.
Lived up to reviews. The slider combo option provides the opportunity to try the different menu items. I tried the tomato bisque, goat cheese salad with salmon slider and was happy with my choice. It was the best tomatoe bisque I have had. My son thought the chili and waffle fries were tasty. My husband enjoyed black Jack slider. The atmosphere was fun. Our waiter Dominique was amazing!
Great spirit selection.Seem short staffed. Valentine's Day they had one bartender and 2 servers. They only had 1 of 3 dining areas open.The food used to be so much better.
Don’t expect to visit here and eat a regular meal. Menu consists of sliders, salads and soups. Our daughter loves this place, I don’t. We’ve eaten here twice. Service is good, food is mediocre. I do NOT understand how this place ranks 2nd in Champaign-Urbana. Find someplace else unless you want to drink beer.
I never rate restaurants. But I felt the need to do so with this place. Awesome service. Awesome flexible and different menu. Food was tremendous. Great decor and eating experience.
