Great service. The food is good although I would say overall it's kind of average. The burgers seem to have gotten smaller and lower quality. I also ordered their Ensanada Chicken and the sauce over it was pretty good. The bottomless sides were very nice and their onion rings are awesome. I ordered a long Island iced tea but all I tasted was the coke. I would skip the drink next time but I will probably visit again in the future because it was good enough and affordable enough for me and my family. I rate this 3.5 stars.
Wonderful milkshake and they gave me the “extra” portion! Yum. Good burger too.
The bathroom was messy. The water was extra extra hot. One of the soap dispensers needed filled. It was also very warm in the whole restaurant. I also asked for a substitution for a cheese that I didnt get. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but also not great.
Recently went for lunch. While the food was good it took quite a while to get to the table. Put server was constantly texting (even while interacting with our table), the hot coffee came to the table room temp going cold. The big problem was that this was a week day, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant either, but staff felt more comfortable sitting near the bar taking amongst themselves than seeing to tables and customers.
Burgers are a bit pricey but for only visiting maybe once a year, worth it! Our server was great. I like the garlic fries!We were asked if 'no pink' or 'some pink' for the burger. There was NO pink! But that didn't spoil anything. We still enjoyed our meals.
We had a Celiac in our party and ordering for them was a process. The restaurant does not list gluten free on the hard copy menu and the hostess staff have to look it up online to help you determine what is safe. Should be an easier way.
The burgers are amazing, but the truly great surprise was the onion ring tower. Huge selection of drinks, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. For a great lunch it’s a 10.
I gave a 4 star because it felt like the staff was overwhelmed and in a rush to take our order.I recommend the black & blue burger, the meat was grilled, very tasty and it had blue cheese and mushrooms.The impossible burger was bland.Wait time was not too much.
Great selection of burgers with something for everyone. Sometimes they go overboard on the sauce, but overall they are solid. The fried jalapenos on the scorpion burger are great and the endless sides are a great deal if you want to eat until you are sick... The broccoli is usually good (odd for a burger joint), and the zucchini fries are better than the regular fries. That is hard for me to say since I don't really like zucchini, but they are really crispy and well seasoned. They will also let you switch to a different endless side, so you might as well try something new.
Service was good. Orders were correct. Burgers were much better than expected. Would definitely visit this location.
