Took my friend here for her birthday and the service was good as well as the food. They don't have specials on Sunday so it was a little pricey. One of my favorite places to go
We had a good experience on our last visit. Our server made sure we had a great dining experience! Everything tasted superb!
Mediocre food for the price. Was really disappointed with the food. My daughter's chicken tenders were bland and my trout was dry and barely seasoned. My husband's filet was good and was the best part of our meals. Fortunately, our server was great, otherwise this would be less than a 3 star review.
Had a fantastic lunch. Our waitress was phenomenal and really knows how to take care of her guest! I believe her name was Amber, but I could be mistaken. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.
We are supposed to be happy tonight since one of my bros successfully defended his Doctoral final exam today. We such a big crew went there and celebrated this moment. However it turned out to be an awful night for us. Nothing works well in the service due to the following reasons: 1. The waitress stood far away from us when we ordered the food. 2. The waitress never checked us if we need the refill or not until we asked her, especially in the circumstances of waiting so long for the food. 3. They forgot two dishes we ordered and the waitress were trying to confuse us to let us think we already ate it. 4. They got a wrong bill for us, which specifically overcharged one drink. 5. The waitress was so impatient and rude. When I was communicating with her about the wrong bill thing, she got an interruption by one of her colleagues and then she just left without saying any words and never came back until I found her, which hits my bottom line. I will never come back again, never! Btw, the food is mediocre but way too expensive.
Our waitress was spot on and absolutely wonderful! Food was spectacular! I feel they had a bigger menu than the one closer to me!
4 of us patronized Red Lobster in Champaign for lunch on 3/31/22. Our server, Christopher, was GREAT! He was efficient, personable, attentive, and funny. We joked and laughed with him throughout the meal! He checked back with us in appropriate intervals and the food was cooked to perfection, hot, and delicious. Will eat here again and will ask to sit in Christopher’s section! This guy is a gem!
When we were seated person explained that the were short staffed some staff didn't show up. We were expecting a long wait but waitress did an amazing job and we couldn't tell they were missing staff.
thought it was supposed to be picked up here , so unexpectedly stayed and ate a late dinner plus drinks! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Will definitely come back !
