This is the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life! Customer service is terrible! Please stop hiring people who only need money to buy drugs and liquor and make sure they close early enough to go to the club! I don’t even go to this location often but every single time I have, it’s been bad! I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt of maybe if I get another crew or go at a different time, my service would be different. NOPE! Same stuff, different day! I purchased from this establishment last night, and it didn’t even taste like the chicken was seasoned!!! I swear my entire family thought they literally just threw the chicken into grease and served it to us! For Popeyes to cost as much as it do, I believe they can find and hire individuals who WANT to work and care about the quality in which they work! I will never spend my money at this place again! NEVER! May as well close this place and try again.
Long wait. Unavailable items. Some staff had no sense of urgency considering the rush. Warm fries. Didn't ask for spicy but it was fresh. Need area/region-wide corporate trainings! I bit the biscuit!
Probably the most ghetto Popeye's I've ever been to in my life! When I first got there, they rudely stated that they were only accepting cash payments. I went down the street to get cash, only to come back and I was able to use my card. I wasn't asked if I wanted any type of sauce. I waited in my car for more than the 10 minutes that I was told it would take to make the spicy chicken that I ordered but did not end up getting after all. They gave me my chicken in boxes without a bag. I walked in to request the sauces that I was never offered, and when I walked in there I was met by three women who were working none of which greeted me or even offered to assist.Fast forward to 2 days ago, I figured they might have just been having a bad day. But no, once again they were only accepting cash payments. Once again it was stated very rudely. No greeting either through the intercom or even when you walk in. It just seems like everybody there hates their job. I am so glad I don't live in this town. I love Popeyes and this is the only one here.

Over worked and underpaid staff like with any fast food joint these days. They were hyper busy and couldn't keep up as it's clear they have staffing issues. I ended up walking out 20-30 minutes later with good food. The staff was very nice and apologized many times. Some customers were even rude about it! The staff was busting their butt to move fast too so there's no reason to be mean to the staff.Ownership really needs to wake up. Pay people better and you will hire better. Stop worrying about lining your pockets or you'll be the next franchise to close doors in the area. Won't be back at least for a little while.
Horrible. I used to love Popeyes but this location will make you hate the restaurant. Always messing up your order. Never stocked with anything. And they over cook the chicken. It sucks cause Popeyes in general has really good food. I’m surprised this location is still operating
Seems like for years now every time I go here I’m always told “we don’t have this” or you get the rude employee. Or the employee talking on her personal phone behind the counter why taking your order. It must be in the job description to be rude and unfriendly!
Terrible place. Didn't have a lot of items in stock when went, then we ordered something different and before we even got to the window we repeatedly stated we wanted 4 ranch cups, and the cashier repeated it back to us. She didn't tell us they didn't have ranch until she already handed us the food. What restaurant does not have ranch when they primarily sell chicken. Instead they give you a spicy ranch, as is it's a good replacement, ugh.
Why do they bother opening if they aren’t gonna have anything available on the menu. I went a couple times an hour before they closed and they told me they were out of everything, so I went back the next day during lunch hour and still they managed to tell me no sides or chicken sandwiches available. Like how do you even operate this Popeyes. Even today I placed an order for a large mashed potatoes on Uber eats and they gave me a large cup with a less than small portion. Don’t waste your money or your time. Even the sight of this Popeyes should make you want to turn around and pick any other place in the world to eat.
Update: I no longer go to this Popeye's since service is so terrible. The staff treats you like they don't want you to be there. People are just collecting a paycheck. I used to love their biscuits and red beans and rice. But for the price, portions are small and there is hardly any meat on the bone.
