Make sure you waste paper by printing out any bogo offers that you receive via email. The troll of a supervisor will not honor the deal if you present to them the email containing the code. What a joke.Oh and this supervisor has a nasty dark orange beard with nothing covering it. Wouldn’t be surprised if anyone finds curly little trash hairs in their food.
This is the first time I was disappointed in Penn Station. Today we were the 1st customers through the door. To start we ordered and I went to the bathroom, wasn't clean, paper towels and toilet paper on the floor, no paper towels to dry your hands. My daughter's sandwich wasn't made correctly, which they rectified. Then as we sit down to eat and looked around apparently nothing else was cleaned either, crumbs on the floor along with other trash. I've been here too many times to count and have never seen this location in this condition before. ☹
They need to learn to put more meat and veggies in their sandwiches for the prices. But the customer service is awesome.
I got a steak and a Italian sub. They both tasted better than ones at subway, jimmy johns, firehouse and mcalisters. This was my first time eating at a penn station. The meat and bread tasted much better than the other sub stores. Service was excellent and the workers were very friendly. I will come back next time I shop at meijer.
This place is great! The food is really good and fresh. The crew that was working looked like they were enjoying themselves but were able to tend to the many customers efficiently. Great place to grab a bite!
I have been looking around for years for a restaurant that makes a good philly cheese steak hoagie. The location didn't allow for mobile ordering because their system said the location was closed, but we could see that they were open and taking orders. We went ahead and went inside and looked at the menu. I ordered a hoagie for myself and one for my wife, two large orders of fries, and a large lemonade.I liked being able to watch them cook the meat on the grill surface. The 12 inch hoagies were made pretty rapidly and smelled amazing. The fries were fresh raw potatoes that were pressed through a cut plate to make the fries. They were not seasoned, but they were delicious fresh fries straight from the frier. The lemonade was advertised as fresh squeezed, and it was for sure REAL fresh lemons used to make this lemonade, but it was a little weak in flavor for my taste.I didn't like the prices to honest. These 5 items wound up costing me $48.I could get maybe 4 steak and cheese subs from subway for that price. In the future, when I crave a philly cheesesteak hoagie I will come here, but I won't order anything other than the hoagie just to save cost.
It's definitely not like what It was 7+ years ago. It wasn't bad it's just not the quality it used to be. It's still a good place to grab a quick bit to eat from.
The food is delicious! The service is great. I never liked their French fries at first, but now I actually love them.
Been going to pen station for years get the same thing every time. This was by far worst experience. They loaded all the cheese to one side of the sub and there was so much grease that the bread was soggy and the sandwich paper was wet/seeping through. The customer service at the register wasn’t the best
Horrible service!!! We waited 25 minutes to receive wrong food, then an additional ten minutes while the rude man figured out how to do a refund… staff were arguing, very unprofessional and unorganized . First and most definitely LAST time going to this place…
