They were struggling to get orders right. The ice machine was broken in the lobby, but the worst of all was that they were out of ketchup! How can you eat McDonald's french fries without ketchup?
The pizzas are alright (tried only vegetarian options - they only have two) but service needs improvement. Perhaps short of staff and proper management, they often misplace orders. Likely that your pizza won’t reach you in time.
I’ve never been prompted to review a papa John’s before now. I have never seen a pizza this bad from Papa John’s. The “hand tossed” pizza came out as a thin crust pizza. Does PJs even offer thin crust? The pizza was flat. I ordered extra dipping sauces which were not included. The only redeemable part of my order was the breadsticks, but without the dipping sauces they were still sub par. I will not return to this location. I am hoping another location will be better.I almost forgot the topping issue. I ordered double bacon. What I received was not even (1) bacon. (1/2) bacon is what I received.

Delicious Pizza, if you get any sauces to go with your pizza try the garlic butter! Pour it on your pizza, yum and it is also great with garlic bread
Terrible, they towed my car. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
There canceled my order and said they called me when. They didn't they tired to get me to wait another 1 and a half when they didn't even try to reach out to me

I understand being short staffed during these times, but 2 hours late on food and the manager does nothing to compensate? After multiple calls I was told to cancel my order or come pick it up myself. I have spent a redicoulous amount of money with Papa John's but now I'm done.
