I usually order Rapid Pickup. Food is almost always consistently good. There is more often than not something missing from my order - either food or utensils or sometimes both. I have chosen to get into the habit of checking the bag before leaving. Whenever I ask for the missing item(s), staff are typically quick and apologetic to fix.
The staff is so sweet and friendly, food is very good and fresh compared to a lot of paneras and the dining atmosphere is amazing. Great place to eat.
We just ordered two turkey bravo sandwiches. The bread was so stale that the crust was so stiff and sharp it cut my lip when i attempted to bite into it. It has been a while since i ordered Panera because the last time we had only crusts of bread on the sandwiches. That does it for me. No more Panera’s
They are very helpful and efficient at the drive thru. I'm so glad they added that. I wish they made whole wheat bread and rye too.
This location is our go-to. It is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and Tae is amazing! He makes the food fast, accurately, and it always tastes fantastic. He remembers all of the regular customers, our favorite orders, and chats with us as he works. This is now our favorite breakfast location in town!
OK this is going to be a loaded comment. I have been going to this Panera for many years ordering a drink that is very complicated. Sometimes I even get told no that the person will not do it. But today when I ordered a rapid pick up, I was told that the person who made my drink was named Julia. I have to say she made my drink Perfectly!!! This is exactly what I asked for exactly what I wanted. Thank you Julia for doing an amazing job and keep up the good work!
Panera bread could not keep their coffee subscription agreement Instead of fulfill their promise for unlimited coffee subscription people at the drive through are rude in communication especially if they recognize your accent or your skin color. They have good manager inside like Collin but no good in drive through window. I canceled my subscription and sad
I had ordered a coffee and paid for the extra expresado shot but was told to just make my on coffee at the self served station. I wouldn’t have an issue with this except the self serve station didn’t any of the additional items that I had paid for.
I am a delivery driver & the order I was delivering spilled hot coffee all over my car & myself because someone didn't put the lid on all the way. The manager wasn't apologetic & was very mean & rude. She basically acted like it was my fault & I will never deliver for this panera location again.
The best Panera ever! Love the Old Farm Shops Panera above any other Panera locations I've frequented throughout the years.
