staff is so rude and unprofessional the manager has no idea what she's doing and doesn't even care
Kaleigh offered excellent service! It was late, they were about to close, forgot my glasses so couldn’t see the menu and Kaleigh was very nice, kind, patient and helpful! Smiled through all my annoyance. All the workers were nice :)
The coffee is always consistent from store to store. The blueberry muffins are moist.

I usually order Rapid Pickup. Food is almost always consistently good. There is more often than not something missing from my order - either food or utensils or sometimes both. I have chosen to get into the habit of checking the bag before leaving. Whenever I ask for the missing item(s), staff are typically quick and apologetic to fix.
One of the female employees of this location needs to watch the way she speaks to customers. I was walking into the store, trying not to drop my $1,200 computer on the ground. To avoid this I set my tiny, plastic Starbucks cup on the hood of a rust bucket of a truck. Upon seeing this this rude girl, who I guess owns the vehicle, started chasing me down the sidewalk, yelling and cussing at me, as if I was going to hurt her vehicle with a 1 pound plastic cup. Not like I could make it worse, as the truck looked to be on its last leg. Maybe she was fearful that the cup would just be too much for the vehicle and make it crumble into a pile of rust dust. Don't know her name but she is of average height, with brown hair and drives a greyish/brown, old, truck. I would have her work on that attitude though, as I am sure she gives it to a lot of customers, which, as a business owner, I know is not good for profits.
I ordered 13. Long story short, when I got home an hour away, there were only 9 and only 2 of the 4 flavors I asked for were there (the one I was really really looking forward to enjoying was among the missing). I got a mystery flavor that I can't quite figure out though. This was supposed to be part of a treat after a long and busy day. The disappointment may have broken my bagel habit as it was forming, so I guess my fitness routine says thank you?
My wife and I ordered the Chipotle Chicken/Avacado Melt and it was delicious. The sandwich was just the right size to make our meal satisfying. The bread of the sandwich was very tasty.
Food presentation very nice, we had salads. Crisp with flavorful dressing.
Great service, fresh soup and sandwich. Ample seating. Chips were not crispy unfortunately.
