Quick service, great taste, served hot and very generous with portions!! My preferred Panda Express location.

Friendly staff...BUT...most of the tables were Dirty & it wasn't busy. The "Orange Chicken" I chose, needed to be made fresh, it was almost gone (only the small & hard pieces were in the pan). The server still gave me the old chicken along with the fresh batch. I specifically asked for the fresh batch to be made because it NEEDED to be replenished & the old thrown out, so, I waited. I could tell between the temperatures which piece was fresh as I ate it.Feed us what you would want to be fed, or don't serve food at all.
Know ahead of time what you want. You are made to order as soon as you walk in the door without a chance to see a menu. Food over cooked and soggy vegetables. No sauce or gravy from the entree when served over rice leaving it dry and bland! Have a drink ready so you can choke it down. If they slowed down quality would be better.
The staff here work their butts off. They're energetic and helpful. The food here has improved over the years. My only complaint here is that while the food is all already prepared it sometimes seems to take forever to get through the line, even if there's only a few people in the store. There shouldn't be 3 parties standing waiting to check out when the food is now getting cold. Otherwise they're exemplary.
Delicious! Great food and very friendly people. I got the white rice and super greens. Not many options for me, but it's nice to be able to eat places with my standard American diet eating family.
Food is ok and sometimes have been sitting for a while. The line to order does reach outside around the corner most times. The customer service is just ok. You will be greeted with an attitude from time to time. The inside isn't cleaned as often as it should be and they don't disinfect after a dine-in customer has left a table. Other than that, there is plenty of parking and the wait time isn't too bad if you request freshly made food. :)
THIS IS REALLY ONLY LOCATION TO ORDER ONLINE FROM, IF WANT IT HOT AND FRESH, MADE FROM FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO COOK FOID WITH LOVE IT NEEDS TO GIVE LOVE YOU WANT AND EXPECT!I do not eat here, but if orange chicken fresh out of fryer, it is crispy and often good, but not like their sides, so just get orange chicken. Once another location had a delivery, and a canceled order, of which they gave me some. It was on a SuperBowl Sunday, our busiest day, and made me sick, but was at Green street one. Then they acquired this location's service contract, and wow, what a difference between locations. I later refused to pickup campus, unless money was just ricockulous NOT to, but often purposely made us wait 30-45 minutes+, and we had to call GrubHub back then in those days, to have them reassign an order.This location is FAST! FRIENDLY! ALMOST ALWAYS READY, OR ALMOST. Customers tip me well for these orders.Night and day difference between quality of locations. Only order from here if want FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE, but mall is decent, 4*
Food is good. portion sizes seem to be shrinking. Especially if ordering with the app.
