Great ice cream but 2 scoops of ice cream for seven dollars seems a bit much don’t you think?
Disappointing visit this past weekend. We came here because jarliings had a long wait and we didn’t feel like waiting, big mistake. First, Although the line wasn’t very long the wait would have been the same at the other place. Second, They are definitely under staffed and its sad to see the employees stressed out. Third, it was hotter inside the building then outside. My ice cream was melting inside the store it was so hot. Again back to the employees Seeing them stresses and sweating wasnt ideal. Lastly the ice cream was terrible. The texture was off for me, tasted like the ice cream set out and dried and then was re-frozen leaving a chewy texture. And the hot fudge sundae is made with syrup and not fudge. I ended up throwing my ice cream away. Overall my experience was terrible and i wont come back. For half the cost I could’ve went somewhere else. I’ve been to an oberweis before in the suburbs and it was great so im not sure why this store’s ice cream taste different. The only reason why im giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because despite the set backs the employees were kind and hard working. Definitely needs better management and organization to help with the quality issues.
I'm usually not a huge dessert guy. But stopped by get some food next door. My kids wanted some ice cream so I ordered a chocolate malt. This was the absolute best malt or milkshake I've ever had despite commonly ordering some kind of shake at places that are supposed to have the best. Sometimes these types of places can surprise you.
Literally the best ice cream. I usually defer to custard over ice cream but Oberweis won’t let you down. The homemade whip cream and pirouette is bar none exquisitely crafted for each of the shakes they offer!!
They literally tried to steal my friends phone and lied to us strait to our faces three time before we check life 360 and it was in the back office the girl who did this should be ashamed of them self. Other than that the ice cream was pretty good.

We love the delicious, rich quality of the ice cream and appreciate the new flavors. The drive through and late hours are a plus.
Ordered the lava cake, and the ice cream and the cream tasted great. However the cake was more of like a brownie and was too sweet. Might come back for a ice cream cone but probably not the sundaes.
The ice cream here is excellent, and the aesthetic of the parlor is nice too. It's also pretty cool that you can stop at that burger joint for a meal and stop at oberweis for dessert.
This is the best ice cream on the planet. My personal favorite is the chocolate shake
