Our second stop while visiting Champaign IL was @nandomilanotratThis Italian restaurant is conveniently located near array of bars and offers indoor dinning and a large outdoor seating area. Chef’s specials rotate often and include some amazing food choices. The wine menu is large enough to accompany any of the dish on the menu. The selection of appetizer did not disappoint us.TRY OUR FAVORITES: TAGLIERE DI AFFETTATI? CALAMARI? RAVIOLI DI ARAGOSTA E GRANCHIO? CHEF’S SPECIAL - BRAISED PORK SHANK

Ridiculous high price - especially for CU. Price is not advertised with the “$” sign icons on Google so I was in for a big shock when I got the menu. Do not recommend unless they put a “$” qualifier on their restaurant so people know what they’re getting into. Also, service was subpar - wait staff was unfriendly and inattentive. Food was fine, but nowhere near worth the price they were peddling. Pretentious, pale imitation of fine dining. Do not recommend.

Got in quickly.Very nice atmosphere, cleanAt first service was great then when it filled up on got slower. That can be expected as any place. Very friendly people .Food is somewhat slow coming out, but it is freshly cooked and very well presented. Wonderful flavorPortions were not that great.Even with the ala cart bread and fresh vegetable added.Left kind of hungry. No alcohol total was $130.00 for 2.Not really a good deal over all.I know business is tough now, labor and cost are through the roof.Other places do it better for less $ and larger portions

We had a wonderful dinner! Great italian. Some awesome combinations of Italian I hadn't had before. Everything was fresh and delivered hot. I will definitely be back. Probably the best food I've eaten in Champaign and I've been visiting consistently there for years. The only issue I had was the too dark lighting and although delicious the food did seem overpriced.

Delicious and fresh Italian food. Took my daughter for a mother daughter night and ordered some high end dishes. Service was friendly and attentive. Servings were big!

This place has a lovely quaint rustic ambience. Perfect for date nights and anniversary. The food was delicious, I absolutely loved the cocktails. I had the Malfitano and French Sevilla Five, both were really good. The meatballs were amazing ! We were here for our anniversary and our waitress gave us a tiramisu on the house, which was out of the world.

We love discovering a new restaurant, this is the good part of #ccrestauranteweek The starters were wonderful and the dessert did not disappoint, the food took a while to arrive, but the quality and atmosphere were worth the wait.

Best restaurant experience in Champaign-Urbana, hands down. Our server, Jackson, was absolutely exceptional. The food was excellent, the drinks were excellent, the desserts were excellent... I have so many good things to say and unfortunately am just not erudite enough to get it all written down in a way that would do it justice. My wife and I came in for our third wedding anniversary, and I have a strong suspicion that's going to have to become a tradition going forward. Spaghettoni Portofino pictured (and highly recommended, along with the pistachio gelato!)

Nando Milano is the Trattoria that every city needs, but doesn’t have. I have eaten at Italian restaurants in different corners of the world (including every region of Italy) and very few have been able to rub shoulders with Nando Milano. Quality food, authentic recipes, fresh and exotic ingredients, vintage cocktails all in a place that makes you feel like home thanks to the warmest staff and owners. They have their fundamentals straight and then much more.

Wow this was a delicious meal. Perfect proportions as well. We got two cocktails that were perfectly made. The meatballs off the chef's menu were unbelievably good and the rigatoni we're exactly what I needed. You must go.
