Do not go to this McDonalds! They've messed up my order more times than I can count. Customer service is bad as well. I don't usually leave reviews but this place is genuinely terrible.
This location is a hassle to get to and through. Not their fault. Food is standard McDonald's, and fast.
Fast service great food friendly staff
A large fry cost to much for them to give me half a box
WORST customer service experience! I ordered from the online app and after placing a breakfast order, the app wasn't recognizing my being in the curbside pickup parking so the app said to call the store and provide the order number. The people inside who answered the phone said they had been having an issue with it. I tried to give my order number over the phone but she didn't speak English well and she told me to come in. I went to come in and the doors were locked so I went through drive-through. The manager came to the window and said it was now past breakfast time and they couldn't do anything!! I was sitting in the curbside pickup calling 15 minutes before breakfast ended- I could have done drive through had I foresaw they were going to have an issue with their ordering? I was picking up an order for several church members who were volunteering their time. This was a HUGE inconvenience; if you have a problem with your app, don't blame the customer and say too bad- fix it and make it right! Poor management.
After several visits, this location is still the worst in the area. Always slow service. Tried to give them another shot yesterday just to be told by a jerk employee that the lobby was closed. STILL CLOSED?? How long does a renovation take? You can go into other mcdonalds locations without a problem.
Woah the price exploded. I used to eat here cause it was cheap even though it's not the best food. Now it's still not the best food, but they're charging about the same as Culvers, which is top tier food. If you want value, would recommend elsewhere.
Today was another example of why fast food employees don't need $15/hour to screw up a $3 dollar sandwich. Service was slow, forgot a sandwich of my order, screwed up one of the sandwiches, and when I went in to have the order corrected, I was told to talk to someone else, because the employee I approached was "bout to leave".
I have not been to a McDonalds for several years and this is why. I received the complete wrong order. It was cold, so I threw in the garbage. I know they checked the order because the rapper was off the hamburgers...Well, off the cheese burger that I did not order. I know it is a busy time but please explain to me why in all of the times I have been to a McDonalds it never changes. This is not a difficult question. It is about the type and level of management. I know they go through McDonald U but that is all they do. Consistency is a word that is spoken but Never understood. Food, customer service, cleanliness, etc. are part of the movement and then it is about management understanding the reality of a customer expectation. It really does not matter because I will never return. It will be another 4 or 5 years before I will potentially eat at any McDonalds. By the way, there are McDonalds that provide wonderful service but this is not one of them.
I placed an order order that included numerous food items. The McDonald’s employee repeated my order correctly.I get home and realize the plain burgers I asked for had everything on them. I also did not receive any of my sauces.I did not eat the food. I feel as if that is unacceptable. It’s not the drive-thru person fault, but the staff in the kitchen preparing the orders need to slow down and read the order.
