Terrible I sat and drive through for probably 10 minutes I finally reached the window to get my food and they tell me to pull off to the side and all I had was a Big Mac pathetic

If Keisha is not a manager something is wrong she is what customer service is all about she was polite she was nice she was all that and more McDonald’s should be greatful to have a employee like her her service skills get 5 stars
I almost always enjoy McDonald's. Although lately no matter which location I seem to visit the staff is just extremely lazy. Always an excuse and the frappe machine or the ice cream machine is down. How is that possible at every single location? Lazy.
Good move getting rid of the low stools and shelf eating counter!!!. The booths are much more comfortable.
We ordered our food and the lady that took our money was very nice then, the lady who gave us our drinks and wrong food was extremely rude and used profanity at me through the drive through because I told her we didn't have our fries...I suggest no one goes here, this place is a joke they don't deserve half of what they make there.
I ordered five meals. Expected to wait. I asked for my coffee while I waited. She gave me coffee. I asked for sugars and cream. It's not ready. I tried to explain all I needed was sugar. If they don't speak English get them out of the front lineup. It the drive thru. Seriously. Frustrated needlessly. Hire some American workers!!! There should bea balance somewhere. So falsifying time. They will make you pull up and out of the drive thru window even if no one is behind you so that they can look like they served you quickly. I hate that!
Worst McDonald's I ever stepped foot in. Customer service was terrible told me I couldn't stay after I order food charging my phone . And bathroom was filthy. And they manager on duty said no blacks can sit more than two hours
So disappointed with this location. I went through the drive thru it went fine. The guy taking the money was nice, the guy giving out the drinks didn't greet, smile nothing. Fine whatever I get some stuff drive off and notice I'm missing a fry. Come back to get the fry the manager was apologetic but the soda taste so bad. Like dirty, carbonated water. Never again.
Really good, fast service. Food was nice and warm. The staff at drive thru was nice and glad to be serving me
