Took 45 min to get 3 mcdoubles and a medium fry.All tables dirty and sticky. Place smelled like a garbage can.No leadership. Poor experience overall.Every person that went through the drive thru had to come back inside with a problem with their order .Employee walking in and out of behind the counter on the phone while his Co workers are struggling to even pump out the simplest of orders.Basically a very disappointing , disturbing, and gross experience.The "manager" thought giving me 6 cold mcnuggets that someone probably brought back from the drive thru would make me feel better.Don't ask the slug of a kid at the counter about your order, he will literally do NOTHING.Sweet tea nasty and super diluted with carelessness and mediocrity.I don't really expect much from mcdonalds but this one is somthing else. They have some extreme internal problems at this location. Disappointing.
So I went there yesterday for lunch ordered my food online parked curbside and it took 15 min to get my food the manager offered me a free meal so I went back today and got my free meal but they forgot part of it and it wasn’t even correct so when I went to get the item they forgot I once again was waiting 10 min for CUP OF TARTAR SAUCE im on my lunch break so my time is valuable no happy and the manager on duty today didn’t even apologize or anything really didn’t seem to care no happy I will not be back
I go in the morning before work for my regular oatmeal and hash brown via drive thru. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I don’t have to wait long, they’re pretty speedy.
This mcdonalds is clean and pretty accurate as fast food goes. Although they seem to be understaffed a bit as you are often asked to use the digital order screen. They have 5am as the opening time for the lobby posted on the door however they do not open until 530 for some reason. However if you are a walkup they do allow you to go through the drive thru when the lobby when it is closed inside. Each time we have been it has been a positive experience.
Service was fast. Everyone we encountered was super nice. Food was nice, hot and prepared with our specific requests.
Drive thru experience for breakfast:Fast, friendly, my entire order was correct with the exception of a miscommunication. Besides that, the order was corrected and everything was freshly made.
I'm not going to lie, I, don't really care for McDonald's but this location has surprised me on each visit.Besides a singular lackluster order taker, I was blown away by pretty much everything else. Speedy service, perfectly made hot food and friendly to boot (which is hard to find in this town I've found)I may just have to try this store out more often.
They horrible. Don’t be on 3rd shift trying to pull up here, You Gone be highly disappointed, you won’t get any service not even an answer. I’m confused because it’s clearly people there.but I suppose not working. But whatever the case is They need to update the hours if they not going to be open 24hours Save yo hunger and just go to Urbana would have gave them a zero if I can
Got my order wrong wanted me to drive the food back to them and they would correct it right the gas cost more than the food.... sad
They are closing at 2am, when there webpage says 24h, then a lady said something about the app & to give 5min, then the other guy says we r close
