Food was good customer service needs improvement. Order was correct this day.
Super busy while we were there. Dining area was messy. A bus load of senior citizens on tour took the staff by surprise. A rare not so nice experience.
get a bee in french fries…won’t go there again.
This location is near my job so often will grab a pop or other snacks while I’m on the road, they always get my order right and they’re always friendly!
When I’m able to order here, the food is okay. Customer service is generally subpar, but that is the case with most McDonalds. The kicker about this location is that, although they claim to be 24 hours, they refuse to serve anyone after approximately midnight. I have rolled through the drive through multiple times and been immediately told “We’re closed”. When asked what the new hours are, there’s no response. Either the hours should be updated to reflect this, or the workers should actually do their jobs at night.
I have NEVER seen anything like this! Would not recommend even for late night drunk food :(
I had to go into the actual store to order as my recently bought vehicle drivers side window doesn't roll down.. I got in and stood at the counter for a out 4min with people just walking past me looking at me like I was crazy.. I then turned to leave assuming they were not going to serve me and realized that the kiosks we're open and I should have been ordering from there. So I did. And waited a few minutes and kaboom! My order came up. You really have to understand how these things work now or better yet: have a sign or something
Rudest employees ever. The manager there just cussed me out lol. All I wanted was a deal on my French fries that I get through the app. The code wasn’t working in their system but it was right there on my phone. Was told I was the issue but I come to the reviews and they have issues with everybody. Weird how that works.
Only reason I went here is for a shamrock shake and couldn't get one. Get this.....the ice cream machine wasn't down or nothing according to the drive thru lady they only had one person working. When I got to the pick up window i seen a few people and one of them was making a frappe for someone . They could have made my shake like I wanted. People just lazy. I was highly upset.
This place is not 24/7 for more than a year. Do NOT order online at this place. Three times now their apps acted weird and they can't cancel your order. I called the app and they can't cancel the order. Manager called a week later and offered vouchers and not refund. Horrible experience did not only happen once but twice.
