We enjoyed our dinner here. Great prices and yummy fresh food. I haven’t been to Longhorn over 5 years because Outback had us , but Outback fell off. So Longhorn will be our go to steakhouse! And on top of the great service and food! We received a FREE Sundae for the birthday guest! ?
Delicious food and amazing servers for our group of 14 (Kailey and Rachel I believe were their name). The 12oz ribeye with mac & cheese was savoury and the Caeser salad was very filling. My ice tea was kept full and my expierence was quite nice.
I ordered a steak and a salad. The salad was great. The steak was a little bit burnt out although I asked for "medium well" (picture attached).The waiter was so friendly and nice to me.
I try not to leave negative reviews, but last night was just gross. I've never had such soggy food and a server that smelled like cigarettes. Our steaks were cooked to well, even though we said medium. Salad was made of limp dry greens, and the shrimp were dry and rubbery. We mentioned the food to the server and her suggestion was that maybe we like our steaks rare....... there was no pink in the middle at all. That's not medium. I'm sure she wouldn't want to waste her own money on something so wrong.
I started a brief discussion with the greeter. She was very warm and friendly when I arrived.Stated I was picking up my order and I would wait at the bar for it. Bartender same greeting friendly attentive and kind. I say this place needs a raise.(OH the "Cowboy outlaw Ribeye. Excellent)
My friend celebrated her birthday with 9 people. We were reluctant since it's a chain restaurant... but it was amazing. Great service, great food, great portions, and super clean. Would go again 100%.
Staff was very nice and courteous. Our large party was able to get seated in 30 minutes, which was great! However, a few of our steaks were undercooked. A medium was cooked rare and a medium rare was cooked blue rare.
Very good experience, the steak was excellently prepared. The dining room was clean, the host was very professional and cordial, overall a good experience.
Had a nice and relatively fast supper, with thanks to our waitperson. Just what we needed after a trip from Cincinnati
I normally don’t like leaving reviews but I wanted to share my experience. The service was great and our server was very attentive. The issue was with the actual food.1. To start off, I got a chopped lettuce salad without tomatoes and the amount of cheese that was put on the salad was abundant. Like I’m talking at least a half cup of cheese. I was scooping forkfuls of it trying to get to the lettuce. I think portioning needs improvement, but that alone wasn’t enough to make me leave this review.2. When I got my burger I asked for a little bit on pink and what I got was a very well done burger. It was quite dry and I could only eat one half of it, until it was too unappetizing.3.The third thing was that both mine and my friend’s burgers were switched and we had to put the correct toppings on ourselves.Once again, the issue I had was not with the servers, but with the food quality. I spent $24 for a burger, drink, and a side salad. Unfortunately the quality of the food does not reflect the price. The atmosphere was nice and everyone front of house were professional and friendly. I just wish the quality of the food reflected the price.
