Ordered lunch for work took over 30 mins to get food the order was wrong no time to take back. Charged $5 for a large drink. Never again... go to Capt Ds. Better faster and cheaper priced.
Love my trips here. I get the sea shares options in chicken and fish that's the best way to save a few bucks and feed the family.
It was ok. My chicken was not as fresh as the table next to us. The table next to us got fresh good. The employee even stayed herself. I guess the were related or something.
Went into take care of prior messed up order was told over the phone one thing no receipt needed name would be in book . Totally different folks working than other time and shift leader ( cause she was turning on register for order taker ) asks who did you talk to got a receipt like I was trying to cheat them out of a free cake . I told her forget it and would never be back . Has far has I'am concerned lesson learned and still got my $67.23 in my pocket never more never more !
I used to love this restaurant in general (not just location specific as I'm not from here.) However, this location is disgusting inside and out. The owner should be ashamed. The food was ok but honestly I felt guilty touching it seeing how disgusting it was inside. The staff seemed courteous minus some unheard remarks about us "eating in here" that I couldn't make out the entirety of. Almost every single table was dirty, floor greasy, leftover sauce packets tossed here and there. The trash can by the exit door was bagless and pulled out in front of the door. We just left our stuff on the table since I didn't see anyone up at the counter at this point. In their defense they were cleaning I think. All the same this is the last time we will be here which I'm sure doesn't matter but maybe a GM or the owner will see this and know the truth. Someone needs to step up and freshen things a bit before yet another Long John's shuts it's doors down.
The food and service was amazing! My only complaint was they need to invest in floor cleaner that cuts grease! Would recommend this food establishment!
Called ahead to make sure they were open. 10 minutes later my wife pulled in and nobody would answer at the speaker. Tried calling again and nobody would answer the phone. Lazy people who don't want to work shouldn't be employed at a restaurant.Updated: after reading the other more recent reviews, I'm glad they didn't take our order.
Fresh food. Good service. This is the best long johns I've ever eaten at!
It was okay. Long johns I wish Bloomington Illinois had their Long John's back. They always got busy. They always have people work there. I love theirs. I love to have their fish and shrimp and etc if my favorite place to eat. But I wish I could open up here and Bloomington Illinois or have somebody else open it up cuz I don't like to drive the other places to have dinner
The food was hot and fresh.We got our food before I could even get drinks( very fast).The only thing that was not good is my hush puppies were tiny.
