We came in for hotpot and Helen was great! She was very nice and helped us navigate how to order from the all you can eat menu and gave us suggestions on what to try. She was very attentive and made sure we were doing well. As for the food, it was delicious. There was a large selection of fresh veggies, tofu, toppings, and sauces for the all you can eat hot pot. Everything looked and tasted good quality. The meat was also all you can eat and ordering it from my phone was very easy. The meat was good quality and fresh as well.Overall this experience was worth the 30 per person price, it was such a fun treat!

Really loved our experience, here. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. This was our first hotpot meal, and the staff was so helpful in explaining how ordering went and how to get things started to enjoy our meal. The food was top notch. The spicy broth was incredibly spicy and rich with flavor. Meats were incredible as well as the veggie . We will definitely be back!!

Maybe the best restaurant on campus. I had a great experience, I think they must have changed how they run things because the service was incredible. The experience, the ambiance, the food, the value, perfect. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

this has been the only place that I can find hot pot and its really good. when I went with some friends, it was a flat fee for each of us for hotpot, which included unlimited meats (only lamb and beef from what I remember.) you can also order fish or chicken for hotpot, and soup dumplings, which were extra. when I went, you ordered by scanning a qr code on the table, which would send you to a website to order off of, and then your food would be brought to you. you also pay at the front, there are no servers.there is a bar with vegetables, noodles, seitan, tofu products, etc, that you can go up and grab from. there's also a sauce station where you can mix your own sauce for dipping meat/veggies in.

Great food, may be hard to get your money's worth w the all-you-can-eat hot pot if you've never done it before

Customer service is above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our server Fruia (?) went as far as going with me outside in the snow to assist me with parking. The manager also showed me the proper way to eat soup steamed dumplings. Food was really tasty and reasonably priced.

Had hot pot for the first time, staff was amazing and very helpful. They played 3 birthday songs for my daughter! Great experience!

The owner lady’s attitude just ruined our dinning experience. When we asked why a cold dish was half luke warm and half cold she started mansplaining to me how this dish was supposed to be cold and if I had ever been to Shanghai I should know that. Despite the fact that I was born and raised in Shanghai… food wasn’t even that bad, and we returned the dish in the end but the dinning experience was stressful and unpleasant.

We were in from Chicago and stopped in for lunch. Extremely impressed, the best Chinese food we've had in years. The soup dumplings are large and savory, the two pepper chicken is as flavorful as it was spicy (be careful :), and the beef noodle soup was also delicious. Nothing was greasy or oily, just full of flavor. Service was excellent. Menu is extensive, so much to try next time !

We had a wonderful new experience having hot pot. The staff was very helpful explaining how things worked there and we appreciated that. Since this is a college town I expected a lot less. It was a happy, respectful bunch of kids having dinner. The quality of choices were good. I can't wait to come back to Kung Fu BBQ.
