People seem to forget that they're ordering food from children. Kids!! What do you expect! Fast food these days is dangerous.
Was nasty chicken was old and dry,manager knew it was old and dry.Tryed to tell me that's the way it cooks.Spent $50.00 dollars and tried to give me bad food. Something told me to look in the bag. Can't belive this is what restaurants have gone to,should be criminal to sell bad food knowing it's bad. Your selling food not building cars which is what it fells like now a days when u go to a restaurant there just building your order anyway the want. Years back the manager that was there had bad dry skin that would flake off in the food and that's y I stop going. This place should be closed up by the health dept.
Place was clean. Can eat in now. Staff was good. Not very busy so they was able to come out and talk to you. Asked me if I was having a good day and if my meal was ok. First time that happened at KFC.
This can’t possibly be what KFC has come to. Only received half my food and that was cold. The girl running the drive-through was sure enjoying her dinner though
KFC famous bowl for lunch was great! The wait no so much. I ordered via mobile app an hour prior to pick up. Still had to wait 15 minutes more when I got there. 5 of those minutes without any greeting.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I ordered online and it said our food would only take 5 minutes. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and when we got it, my food was cold and his was fresh. I won’t be coming here again. This place is awful.
It never fails! I’m just convinced they back there doing anything!! Food is never fresh always cold!!I asked for extra honey packets and a cup holder for drinks I’m the bad guy because no one can do their jobs!!! I walk in and their dancing and chillin like they’re not working!! Who ever the boss is u should be a ashamed!
Great food. However when we asked for honey for the eight biscuits we bought the KFC associate said he put some in the bag. One packet! For eight biscuits! Seriously! We spent $70. Doesn't that guarantee us at least two packets???
workers here are nice and polite but the prices are too high and the quality of the food is not always good. but they did replace my food that I was unhappy with.
Extremely Disappointed!!We went to the Champaign Store on Springfield Rd yesterday evening for dinner. Spent $75.00 for dinner for 8 people. Took it all home just 5 minutes away...the chick was EXTREMELY dry and tasteless. Kentucky Fried Chicken has always had a sterling reputation for very tasty chicken. The side were okay but it was obvious that they were mostly pre prepared. We were all very disappointed with theeal . For 75 dollars I don't expect just to have something just fill the void. Won't be back. I'll try Popeyes instead!
