Great pizza and fun atmosphere
Place was not that busy but our waitress never came to take our order so we had to order at the bar. My friend put her drink down to play pool and they took it. Not a great experience.
Good place good vibe! Awesome food!
4 years ago I wrote:“Great pool hall. Good food especially the personal pizzas.”In that time this bar became one of my favorite spots for food/drink/apa pool play. I would be here sometimes 3- 4nights a week spending over $500/month.Then the pandemic hit and they never got it back. They close early (while competition is open until 2am). The staff is completely overworked and the bar is perpetually understaffed causing even more staff stress. All the specials have seemingly vanished never to return. Price increases have outpaced competitors. And pool tables are not cared enough for to justify the high hourly rate (and as a regular who plays league there I should not have to pay full hourly price). I can go down the street on Mattis and get a table for half the cost (if not free) and put all that saved money towards food, drinks, and tips or into Tolono/Monticello and play at a dedicated pool hall that respects their regular pool players and takes care of their tables. The bottom line is: Bar/wait/kitchen staff are amazing but the place lost its atmosphere instead now being a spot for frat boys to congregate around the bar yelling at each other or spilling drinks on the tables. What kept me coming back was my love for the staff but when you have long term employees quitting you know it’s time as a customer to find a new spot to hang out at.Ownership needs to take a basic business class at parkland or something because I get the sense what they’re doing just ain’t working. Support your staff and the community they build otherwise you’ll be left with an empty bar.

Best pizza in Champaign. Super super thin crust, sauce is a little sweet how i like it, sausage was amazing too. I just got sausage on it and didnt try one of their signature pizzas.\\n\\nI wish they had a larger size. 16” is a little small for the biggest size, but thats not a big deal.
Was there for son's birthday get together. Tons of games, tvs etc. Pizza not bad, had better but had much worse! Fun place, employees always nice, friendly.
Ordered a carry out pizza. They had it ready within 20 minutes. Staff was friendly. Place was pretty laid back. Would order from them again when back in UC.
Stopped in by accident (thought we were going to the other Juliter's. Woops.), but we weren't disappointed. Nice pool tables, friendly staff, good pizza... I'd go back. ?
Didnt have any decorations honoring Jove or the sky and thunder.
