New management team and night driver has really brought this store back! They seem to be understaffed. I’m grateful for my Jimmy Johns!

Snail pace service. Nothing freaky fast about this location. Go to the Kirby location - much, much better.
Do NOT order ahead here. You will put in an order for ASAP and they won’t have it ready till 40 minutes after the store got your order. This happens to me every time! Sometimes the drive through is faster but I would just go to the one’s on kirby ave. They are better and faster.
They forgot my chips and then when i got my sandwich they didn’t make it right after specifically asking for them to make it the way i wanted. other than that the girl working the window was very nice about it.

Hit or missThe service is usually great. I find it funny that the two times where the food did not meet expectations, is when I did not include a tip when I paid through the app, because I was tipping in cash.

I go here too often than I would like to admit, but this is the 3rd time I have gotten the beach club and it has been wrong. I am not sure what is going on, but I will continue to go elsewhere if I don’t get the sandwich that I order, through the drive thru. Everyone is always so friendly and kind but this has been frustrating.
