Service was fast and accurate. Prices are reasonable. The Chicken Caesar wrap is very tasty.
Ordered food over an hour and a half ago. Called the store and talked to Eli who stated they only have 1 driver. Probably shouldn’t be taking orders if it’s going to take you guys 2 hours to make a sandwich delivery.
I am writing this review so that people know that JJ cannot deliver on time anymore because of shortage of drivers. Thrice my kids' lunches were delivered 50 minutes late to their schools, and they had no time to eat. I placed the order at 8 am for 11.30 delivery and their lunches reached them between 12.15 and 12.30, including today. They mix up orders and don't follow instructions - happened multiple times but we let these things slide. For instance, adding cheese when asked not to - etc. About delivery - when I called they told me that they are very short on drivers, and they cannot guarantee delivery anymore. I understand this - it seems to be a widespread phenomena. But they really need to let people know, so that we don't depend on them until they get their employee issues sorted out. Such a shame because we ordered from JJ every week for kids' lunch.
Would have been 5 stars but they had no straws. I ended up spilling coke on myself because of it.
This location on mattis and Kirby made the best beach club I have to date! Always friendly and super fast!
90% of the time it's great service and "freaky fast". I've had a couple issues on larger orders around the dinner rush.Can't say the customer service was all that great when I called in because half the orders were sightly wrong, only 1 sandwich was marked and one sandwich was completely wrong but, " It's your fault for making a large order during dinner rush." (7 sandwiches, I wasn't in any rush)If you can keep your orders smaller and not during rushes you'll likely get the usual 5 star sandwich experience.
Fast, fresh and easy to order. Great customer service and friendly delivery drivers. I order with such frequency that a specific driver inquires about my R.N. classes! Kirby and Mattis store highly reccomend!

Because the managers are VERY rude. I came there once and everybody was sitting down but one person that was doing everything. Then the manager came and basically bump her and didn’t even say sorry. I don’t recommend going at all. Thank you
In the same day I ordered from another location and got the wrong sandwich delivered TWICE!! Manager was rude and ignorant. I called this location (kirby) to just pay and get my sandwich made correctly. Wayne was understanding of my situation when I asked if it can be checked that it is correct. Wayne then delivered my sandwich to me and then PAID FOR IT with his own money!!! He was sweet and great service. Presentation of the food was nice too. Thanks Wayne! And great job to the kirby Jimmy Johns staff.
